Inbound Sales Representative (High-Ticket Closer)

Role Description We aim to eliminate the lack of capital as a barrier to business growth. We make a significant impact on small business owners and founders by funding their businesses, transforming their lives and the countless lives in the communities surrounding these businesses. Tasks - Close warm and pre-qualified leads from Zoom calls booked on your calendar - Follow a proven sales script while keeping a natural, conversational tone - Understand client needs and offer the best solution to help them succeed - Do outbound calls during no-shows - Update CRM notes and report daily sales activities - Collaborate with our marketing and fulfillment teams to improve conversion rates Tools - Google Workspace - Zoom - Slack - GoHighLevel What Success Looks Like - 25%+ close rate on qualified leads - Daily call review of your own calls - Reporting is completed end of day without external accountability Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in business funding consulting or credit stacking OR - 2+ years of experience in a high-ticket, remote closing position in a fast-paced environment - Important values that you share with us: - Ownership: Take full responsibility, proactively, always. - Integrity: Do the right thing, no matter what. - Perseverance: Raise the standard - especially when it gets hard. - Innovation: Adapt and grow to become smarter, happier, and more successful. - Humility: Care about growth and your team more than about being right. No strong foreign accent. Benefits - Compensation: - Base commission: 20% on a $2.5k - $9k price point - Milestone bonuses: Commission increases up to 35% for all units of a month if you hit your milestones. - OTE (8 hrs call time / 5 days a week / 29% avg. close rate): $20,300 per month - Commission-only — but with stacked calendars + daily inbound leads. Role Description This is not a “customer support” role. This is a professional consulting role that has full ownership of their client's success. You will: - Own the client journey: Guide 40-60 clients at a time through credit repair, credit optimization, and the funding process with our partner banks. - Ensure accountability: Keep clients on track with strong accountability, deep care for their results, and of course your charm. - Cut through fog: Understand your clients and their businesses better than they do. Anticipate bottlenecks, address the missing crucial details, and guide them with structured checks and radical candor while not sacrificing their happiness. - Build outstanding partnerships: Develop long-term client relationships rooted in outstanding expertise, trust, authentic care, and clear communication. - Become a thought leader: Become a trusted advisor respected by your clients because you are a real nerd for everything finance, credit, and growing businesses. Tools: Google Workspace, Excel, Zoom, Slack, ChatGPT What Success Looks Like: - 10+ Clients fulfilled and their success fees collected per month - 95%+ of your clients hit their funding milestone within projected timelines. - Trustpilot rating 4.5+ and 10% referral rate for your clients. Qualifications - At least a Bachelor’s degree - preferably in business administration or finance - 2+ years of experience in business funding consulting, credit stacking, corporate banking, consulting, private equity, or another role with client-facing responsibility in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with credit, lending, or financing processes preferred - bare minimum is understanding of a P&L.
