Role Description This is not a “customer support” role. This is a professional consulting role that has full ownership of their client's success. You will: - Own the client journey: Guide 40-60 clients at a time through credit repair, credit optimization, and the funding process with our partner banks. - Ensure accountability: Keep clients on track with strong accountability, deep care for their results, and of course your charm. - Cut through fog: Understand your clients and their businesses better than they do. Anticipate bottlenecks, address the missing crucial details, and guide them with structured checks and radical candor while not sacrificing their happiness. - Build outstanding partnerships: Develop long-term client relationships rooted in outstanding expertise, trust, authentic care, and clear communication. - Become a thought leader: Become a trusted advisor respected by your clients because you are a real nerd for everything finance, credit, and growing businesses. Tools: Google Workspace, Excel, Zoom, Slack, ChatGPT What Success Looks Like: - 10+ Clients fulfilled and their success fees collected per month - 95%+ of your clients hit their funding milestone within projected timelines. - Trustpilot rating 4.5+ and 10% referral rate for your clients. Qualifications - At least a Bachelor’s degree - preferably in business administration or finance - 2+ years of experience in business funding consulting, credit stacking, corporate banking, consulting, private equity, or another role with client-facing responsibility in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with credit, lending, or financing processes preferred - bare minimum is understanding of a P&L. Availability: - 40-50 hours work week from Monday to Friday, US work hours, remote, availability to travel up to 4 times per year for one week. Language: - English - native or close to native. This role will collaborate with Financial Planning Specialists on complex issues or comprehensive financial plans. - Effectively coordinate with advisory team and various EPW stakeholders for client-related requests. - Willingness and ability to effectively delegate, coach, train, and develop colleagues and resources. - Travel required to meet with clients face-to-face and build strong relationships.
