• Collaborate with clients and product leaders to translate/illustrate business goals into detailed designs and supporting documentation • Able to work both independently and with a team to achieve and solve for proposed business problems • Communicate and collaborate well with other members of the team including, architects, developers, Quality Assurance, Product Owners, Program Management, and client stakeholders • Manage a pace that allows for the clients to interact, review, and reviewed and receive deliverables, giving them a clear buy-in/approval to the product and features to be delivered • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills, to work on more than one project at a time. Able to shift priorities as they change; our environment is rapidly changing • Applicant must be able to quickly assess and adapt to change • Present solutions to clients and discuss the success of that proposed solution to meet business goals. • Able to actively listen to feedback, to understand how and why that feedback is important to the client or internal team about the project
Job Requirements
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, etc.
- Critical Thinking - must be an individual who enjoys solving complex problems with intricate solutions
- Understanding of the core tenants of Agile methodology, and practical implementation needs
- Effective Communication, and ability to confidently present alternate suggestions to clients
- Expert at root cause analysis
- Understanding of core design fundamentals, especially as they relate to digital media
- Portfolio that illustrates your execution of User Experience Design into tangible final products
- Understanding of mobile first design, and difference between major mobile platform UI components and interactions
- Solid understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS, Javascript languages, etc.) (not required)
- Experience working with AI for research as well as creating prototypes (not required)
- Experience with Technical Documentation, APIs, mapping, etc. (not required)
- User journey mapping, site path diagramming, and end-user testing methods are a plus (not required)

• Own design for security policy and compliance experiences – Lead end-to-end design for policy configuration, compliance reporting, and SDLC governance.
