Senior Machine Learning Engineer – Agentic AI

Insider One

• design, prototype, implement, and maintain scalable AI systems powered by LLMs and Foundation Models, • build agentic AI applications — multi-step LLM workflows with RAG, tool/function calling, and structured outputs, • design and run evaluation pipelines to measure and improve agent quality (LLM-as-judge, regression testing, safety/red-team evaluation), • collaborate with frontend, product, and other engineering teams to design API contracts and deliver end-to-end features, • monitor the performance, latency, cost, and SLAs of AI systems in production, • provide technical leadership and drive the necessary infrastructure or architectural changes.

Job Requirements

  • Graduated from Computer Engineering or a similar department,
  • have at least 5 years of experience in software development,
  • proficient in Python,
  • have knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and transformation,
  • are familiar with the machine learning life cycle,
  • hands-on experience with agent and LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., Strands SDK, Google ADK, LangChain / LangGraph) and familiarity with LLM observability tools (e.g., Langfuse),
  • have a good knowledge of software development lifecycle best practices (Agile Methodologies, Coding Standards, Code Reviews, Resource Management, Development Processes, Deployment, Testing, and Operations),
  • have experience with AWS or other cloud services,
  • have advanced English skills.
  • Kubernetes knowledge is a plus.
