Salary Range - $60,000 - $70,000 The Social Media Specialist plays a critical role in building and scaling Inflo’s social presence through the consistent execution of high‑quality, thought‑led content across LinkedIn and supporting channels. This role sits at the intersection of executive communications, content, and design, working closely with the CEO Office to translate ideas, viewpoints, and expertise into a consistent, high‑quality social output. The Social Media Specialist owns the end‑to‑end execution of the CEO’s social content, from drafting and coordination through to publishing and engagement, ensuring the CEO’s voice is clear, credible, and impactful. Responsibilities As Social Media Specialist at Inflo, you will: Own CEO & Inflo Social Channels - Own the day‑to‑day management of the CEO’s social channels (primarily LinkedIn) and support execution across Inflo’s corporate social channels. - Ensure a consistent cadence of high‑quality posts across planned, evergreen, and ad‑hoc content. - Act as the central point of coordination between the CEO Office, Marketing, content, and design teams. - Draft, schedule, and publish content across CEO and Inflo channels as needed, spanning product, customer, culture, event, and campaign themes. - Maintain a clear, up‑to‑date view of what is publishing, what is in progress, and what is upcoming across both social pipelines. Build Engagement & Presence - Support engagement by posting comments and interacting on relevant industry and peer content. - Identify opportunities for the CEO to join or lead conversations in-market. - Monitor engagement patterns to inform future content themes and formats. Collaborate with Content & Design - Work closely with content and design to prepare video edits, graphics, and carousels. - Ensure assets are correctly briefed, reviewed, and ready for publishing. - Maintain alignment between messaging, visuals, and executive positioning. Support Wider CEO Content - Support social promotion for podcasts, newsletters, and long‑form CEO content. - Assist with social‑related logistics around interviews, events, and appearances. - Contribute ideas into weekly content ideation sessions, informed by market activity and CEO priorities.
