• Manage maintenance planning of Equipment (All trailers, foam boxes, tools, containment, pumps, hoses, filters, etc.) for ReNu. • Be an expert on ReNu equipment, able to troubleshoot and solve in field equipment issues and challenges. • Manage and report labor costs associated with maintenance activities quarterly. • Define and manage processes to ensure that material costs are captured, and that productivity goals are achieved. • Take all Operations in Field call outs on equipment needs, operability, etc. • Ensure all equipment is maintained, tested, and certified as required. • Ensure all equipment certifications and testing documents are filed and accessible. • Trailer logistic management, ensuring equipment is at locations on time and ready. • Ensure safe maintenance practices are always utilized. • Responsible for ensuring all repair parts and items needed to maintain proper stock of supplies for the assigned shops are ordered. • Complete all required reports for budget updates as required. • Participate in root cause analysis exercises and make minor mechanical repairs on equipment as required.

• Support the CruzAlta Equipment Validation team with the following tasks. • Work under the direct supervision of the EV Project lead for the duration of the execution. • Assist with setting up and staging the lab equipment that will be part of the EV support. • Walking out piping circuits to identify and tag sample locations. • Be able to catch samples in the field at locations identified as part of the project scope. • Might possibly communicate with site contractors (mechanical fitters) as they support any changes to equipment in the field that will support the objective of the project. • Be able to climb and spend significant time in the field to support the client / project objectives. • Be able to support troubleshooting and help solve problems relative to diagnosing cross contamination potential where identified by sample condition data. • Have a basic level of competency when it comes to hazard recognition and basic safety protocol to ensure, we maintain safety vigilance in a petrochemical / refinery environment. • Assists Project Lead as requested.

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with various levels of client personnel who control vessel cleaning decisions. • Create all pricing proposals for the territory; Pricing will be based upon the market value of the planning and cleaning technology with allowances for covering additional expenses (i.e. travel, etc.); Minimum corporate pricing targets must be achieved. • Confirm the cleaning scope for each cleaning. • Identify and track all client turnaround schedules, 18 months in advance, for the assigned territory. • Be integrated in supporting the Ops planning meetings, scope changes and execution activities for all work awarded in the territory. • Secure client purchase orders in a timely manner to assure that the RTI Operations team has enough advance notice to provide excellent service. • Handle any accounts receivable, delay fee or holiday fee issues in the territory. • Follow-up with clients to ensure that RTI’s cleaning met or exceeded their expectations. • Finalize and present the Lessons Learned report(s) to the client’s key contacts. • Follow-up with clients to obtain referrals, internal or external, for new business. • Schedule and lead all sales presentations, working to position RTI as a preferred vendor. • Through SITA training and other methods of learning, understand the RTI core cleaning processes in order to properly present the services to the clients. • Know our strengths and limitations. • Avoid proposing services that are outside our core scope of business without Technical and Management approval. • Understand common industry piping circuits and equipment (PFD or P&ID interpretation). • Execute small projects in the field on an as-needed basis. • Actively practice all RTI Core Behaviors. • Work in tandem with the DO for the area to ensure that clients receive prompt responses to their inquiries along with timely planning documents. • Facilitate the timeline of deliverables. • Perform other duties as required to support RTI’s business needs.
