Indivisible Project

• Support for OLT and National Organizing Director- 50% • Provide scheduling support and follow-up tracking for key internal workstreams, including department heads and supervisors. • Assist with the preparation for select meetings by scheduling, assembling materials as needed and ensuring participants have the needed prep materials. • Take notes and track action items for select meetings; support follow-up to ensure next steps are clearly documented and communicated • Process and track expense reports in a timely and accurate manner • Attend organizational-wide meetings and create a weekly organizing priorities email (internal email). • Coordinate travel booking and in-person meeting logistics, including transportation, lodging, and on-site coordination • Support scheduling needs across organizing teams • Organizing Special Project Support - 50%: Assist in managing special initiatives, events, or campaign logistics • Provide administrative support to the Distributed Fundraising Program • Provide flexible support on high-priority projects requiring both confidentiality and/or a quick turnaround. • Manage external convening logistics for turf and Emerging Power States

• Develop, coordinate, and execute content creation and strategies for the Indivisible Project with a focus on social media. • Own day-to-day content production on all social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Bluesky, Threads, Substack, and Mastodon) and social engagement (replies, reshares, etc). • Work with Social Media Manager to develop and implement the social media strategy for Indivisible Project campaigns to create and produce powerful social media content. • Develop daily content that uplifts issue advocacy and political partnerships. • Create and oversee weekly scheduling of base layer social media content. • Monitor social media activity of Indivisible groups to amplify actions and local successes. • Monitor news and uplift relevant clips from television and online outlets. • Assist with production of video content as needed. • Support the production of social content for organizational leadership accounts. • Manage the organization’s YouTube account. • Work with internal and external stakeholders to share resources in compelling and creative ways. • Assist as needed with digital, writing, research, and organizational projects on discrete issue-related and electoral campaigns. • Work with other departments to develop memos on priority content areas that can be turned into social content. • Work with social media manager to develop impact reports and weekly social reports. • Focus on managing online community with the goal of engaging with majority of relevant messages received. • Monitor and track online activity across the Indivisible network.
