• Analyze loan applications, collect essential documents, and obtain third-party reports. • Reach out to customers and third parties via phone, email, & text to obtain documents or essential information, provide proactive status updates, and answer customers’ questions relating to required documents within the expected timeframe. • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the processing and underwriting stages, providing personalized assistance and support. • Reviewing and analyzing documents against our credit policy, with the goal of getting the loan ready for an underwriting decision. • Meet and exceed your daily and monthly quotas for new application reviews while upholding our high standards for quality. • Identify potential roadblocks or credit policy alignment issues and work with sales and other operations teams to determine the best approach. • Work closely with your cross-functional team to meet and exceed weekly and monthly processing and funding goals. • Contribute to cross-functional projects or assigned initiatives as needed. Examples may include testing new systems, procedures, or credit policies, functioning as a power user, training or mentoring new hires, data and reporting, etc. • Attend and regularly give feedback in team meetings.

The Senior Analyst role is a key member of the growth oriented Advisory Services team, focused on supporting Abrigo’s goals and driving client success. As part of a fast-growing company, this role offers dynamic opportunities to contribute across various areas of the organization, principally Fair Value Analytics. We are seeking highly motivated candidates with a background in the financial institution space related to valuation and valuation-related methodologies, including discounted cash flow for financial assets and liabilities, and working knowledge in CECL. The ideal candidate should possess effective analytical and critical thinking skills, a customer-first approach, operational excellence and outstanding communication skills. This position reports directly to the Manager of Advisory Services. Applicants may choose to work remotely or from our offices in Raleigh, NC, or Austin, TX. What You’ll Do: - Collaborate with a high-performing team in delivering Fair Value Analytics services in a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, innovation and excellent customer service. - Perform analytics on engagements involving the valuation of financial instruments such as loan and deposit portfolios, debt portfolios and core deposit intangibles for financial reporting purposes in compliance with ASC 820. - Participate in client meetings to explain data interpretations and modeling results. - Support growth goals through project efficiency, client relationship management, and delivery excellence. - Assist in the achievement of team tactical goals optimal capacity utilization, effective bill rates, and other key performance indicators. - Cross collaboration with internal customers and other Advisory pillars such as stress testing, CECL, strategic pricing and ALM. - Help execute team OKR initiatives where relevant tied to departmental and enterprise OKRs. - Remain current on regulatory and compliance changes and other industry developments related to relevant area of expertise. - Occasional travel required to team events to support engagement, relationship-building, and key decision-making. - Other duties as assigned.
