• Ownership of the entire procurement to pay process, ensuring supplier, contractors and customers are paid on time • Assist the SFA in the weekly revenue and AR tasks and reporting • Ownership of the expense reimbursement process and tools, ensuring timely payments and compliance to approval flows • Preparation of quarterly product revenue and expenses forecasts • Preparation of various account reconciliations • Various ad hoc month end and quarterly end responsibilities • Assist with special projects for the CFO

• Partner with Product owners, managers from early-stage release kick-off discussions and stay ahead of feature evolution. • Identify skill and capability gaps and build a proactive technology learning roadmap for customer-facing teams (Professional Services, Support, Technical Sales). • Translate complex technical product features into engaging, easy-to-understand educational content, including product demos, FAQs • Develop technical training materials, including e-learning modules, manuals, slide decks, and virtual training sessions • Plan and execute timely internal technology training to ensure readiness of customer-facing teams before every product version launch. • Organize "train-the-trainer" sessions with subject matter experts to scale technical knowledge • Facilitate regular internal training workshops (remote) to maintain high technical proficiency • Update customer facing training documents with new product features and functionality • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, utilizing metrics and employee feedback to make continuous improvements • Maintain accurate records of training participation and completion rates • Produce video training modules for Incognito products using historical training deliveries

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5+ test engineers across varying experience levels. • Set technical direction for the team frameworks, standards, tooling, and automation strategy. • Manage sprint workload, priorities, and cross-team coordination across multiple concurrent projects. • Represent the QA function in leadership discussions, sprint planning, and architectural reviews. • Build a team culture grounded in ownership, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement. • Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for distributed, microservices-based backend systems. • Validate system behavior under real-world conditions including network partitions, service failures, message queue backlogs, and high concurrency. • Test message-driven and event-driven architectures (e.g. Kafka, RabbitMQ) for correctness, ordering guarantees, and failure recovery. • Validate data consistency, idempotency, and correctness across distributed components and databases. • Build and maintain backend service integration and contract tests. • Design and maintain automated UI test suites for web-based applications using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium. • Own performance testing strategy designing, executing, and analyzing load, stress, soak, and spike tests. • Investigate, triage, and resolve test failures — distinguishing flaky tests from real defects. • Partner closely with developers, architects, and product teams to understand requirements and surface quality risks early.

• Provide pre and post-sales technical support via email, phone, and remote access • Deliver presentations, training sessions, and demos for customers • Write and proofread documentation including self-help documents and knowledgebase articles • Escalate customer issues when appropriate • Work independently to troubleshoot complicated network problems • Collaborate in a team environment • Cross-functional teamwork with Engineering and Marketing to provide valuable input on product development • Participate in developing RCA documents • Contribute to product development by reporting and qualifying JIRA issues to Product Teams • Contribute to scale customer service by developing tools and scripts to automate Support processes

• Provide post-sales services for software implementation, scripting, upgrades and migrations • Work closely with customer and project team to ensure all deliverables are executed successfully, with quality, on time and on budget • Rapidly generate customer trust and confidence • Display a high level of technical knowledge and consistent service throughout all interactions • Gather requirements for the solution delivery, working closely with Customer, Vendor understanding use cases, commands and parameters • Drive onsite and/or remote project workshops and consultation with the customer • Provide customer-facing technical documentation, including Acceptance Test Plans • Write high quality scripts as required for the solution delivery, migration, static data import etc. • Maintain detailed issue tracking, action items, and troubleshoot customer issues throughout the project • Deliver onsite and/or remote product training to customers • Conduct knowledge transfer to handoff project to technical support • Act as a liaison between the customer, sales, other professional services colleagues, engineering, and technical support • Develop best practices for the services’ team
