• Design, Develop, Test and Deploy .NET solutions for different platforms such as REST API, Web application • Work on APIs that support the various parts of the business • Participate in code reviews • Work on spikes to define new features helping product team

• Install, configure, administer, patch, upgrade, and manage the lifecycle of Oracle database environments. • Monitor database performance, availability, and health, proactively identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and operational issues. • Optimize database performance through tuning, indexing strategies, query optimization, and capacity planning. • Implement and maintain database security controls, including user access management, encryption, auditing, and compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements. • Develop, maintain, and regularly validate comprehensive backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures to meet Government Recovery Point Objective (RPO) and Recovery Time Objective (RTO) requirements. • Design, implement, and maintain database schema changes using version-controlled migration scripts integrated with CI/CD pipelines. • Ensure database deployment scripts are automated, repeatable, defect-free, and environment agnostic. • Maintain configuration management documentation and version control for all database configurations and settings. • Support end-to-end traceability of database requirements through implementation, testing, and documentation. • Collaborate with software development teams to design efficient database structures and support application modernization initiatives. • Support ETL processes, data integration activities, and maintenance of database metadata and data dictionary documentation. • Participate in troubleshooting production issues and implementing continuous improvements to database operations. • Ensure compliance with organizational standards for security, quality, documentation, and configuration management.

• Responsible for analytical data needs • Handle complex data requests, reports, and predictive data modeling • Analyze health management programs including: data collection, validation and outcome measurement • Financial, pharmacy, claims, provider, and member data • Internal data cleansing and data reconciliation analysis • Trend analysis in various functional areas of health care management • Create and generate reports through MS-Excel, MS-Access, and SQL • Produce reports for and interface with senior management and internal and external stakeholders • Gather and interpret business requirements and monitor data trends to proactively identify issues • Execute data changes and update core systems as needed • Handle multiple projects and timelines effectively and communicate risks and issues to manager regularly • Assist with training lower level Data Analysts • Performs other duties as assigned • Complies with all policies and standards
