• Deliver individual new business ARR targets in line with team and organisational objectives • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy and qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and targeted account engagement • Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and close • Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored proposals aligned to customer requirements • Engage with a range of stakeholders across functions such as operations, quality, supply chain, procurement, and IT • Support the preparation and submission of RFPs, tenders, and formal proposals with cross functional input • Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity, pipeline, and forecast data within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and timely follow-up activities • Partner with customer success teams to support smooth onboarding and transition post-sale • Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategy
• Act as the dedicated technical contact for assigned customers, building trusted, long-term relationships. • Manage the post-implementation customer lifecycle, ensuring customers maximise the value of their Ideagen solutions. • Own and resolve customer incidents, service requests and technical escalations. • Coordinate and deliver product enhancements, feature releases and solution updates. • Manage multiple customer initiatives simultaneously, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged. • Facilitate testing, gather feedback and support successful deployments. • Configure, maintain and enhance solutions within Ideagen's low-code/no-code platform, with the majority of your time spent on hands-on platform work. • Translate customer requirements into effective, scalable solutions. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased customer value. • Create reports, dashboards and insights that support customer objectives. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support and Customer Success teams to deliver successful outcomes. • Take ownership of deliverables, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines. • Support user adoption through training, guidance and knowledge sharing. • Advocate for customer needs and feedback across the business.
Role Description The Implementation & Support Specialist is a technically versatile role at the intersection of software implementation, data quality, and client support. The person in this role: - Configures and maintains Ideagen’s environmental software solutions. - Provides technical support to clients and internal teams. - Ensures the reliability and quality of environmental data through QA/QC processes. - Builds reporting tools and dashboards. - Operates with a high degree of autonomy and serves as a direct technical reference for assigned client accounts. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Data Science, or related field. - 3–5 years of experience in technical support, software implementation, or data quality roles in SaaS or technology environments. - Experience with environmental monitoring platforms or industrial IoT solutions: desirable. - Solid understanding of data pipelines, integrations, and calculated metrics. - Data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI or similar): advanced level — required. - Scripting or programming for data processing and automation (e.g. Python or equivalent): strongly desirable. - Experience with ticket management systems and SLA compliance. - Strong documentation and communication skills. - Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and strong sense of urgency. - Advanced English — required. Requirements - Configure and maintain software solutions, including data ingestion, integrations, and platform settings to ensure reliable performance. - Support implementations end-to-end, from setup through to post-go-live optimisation. - Manage and resolve support tickets within SLAs, troubleshooting software, data, and connectivity issues. - Act as a trusted technical contact for customers, handling queries and driving strong relationships. - Monitor and improve data quality through QA/QC processes, identifying trends and resolving issues. - Build dashboards and reports (e.g. Power BI) to deliver clear, actionable insights. - Collaborate across teams, contributing to documentation, training, and continuous improvement.
