Job Description
Senior Technical Product Manager – Biometric Authentication
Veriff
• Own the product end to end. Take primary ownership of Biometric Authentication: strategy, roadmap, and execution — across a cross-functional squad of ML, engineering, and design. • Own a commercial metric. Pick up a revenue, adoption, or conversion metric, diagnose the gap, and design the customer research and process changes to close it alongside sales and GTM. • Make decisions at scale. Reason about trade-offs in cost, conversion, and latency against live enterprise contracts, in real production conditions, on a regular basis. • Run a tight customer-feedback loop. Turn enterprise customer feedback into a prioritized, defensible roadmap. • Own competitive positioning and pricing. Track the biometric and identity landscape and shape packaging and pricing grounded in real unit economics. • Operate with high agency. Get to independent operation within ~60 days and start clearing the highest-impact work early.
Job Requirements
- A technical background and fluent with technical systems: distributed transactional systems, machine learning, operational metrics, COGS, and SDK delivery. (Ability to program is a plus; you won't be building ML models but you should be able to do query, debug and do root cause analysis independently)
- Experience thriving in a scale-up: high ambiguity, fast pace, and challenging environments.
- Strong understanding of B2B2C user experience: fluency in the end-user experience inside a business product.
- ~5+ years of product management experience.
- Experience in fintech or marketplace products.
- Background in authentication, security, or identity.
- Exposure to ML or AI products.
- Previous Software Engineering / Data Science development experience
Benefits
- Flexibility to work from home
- Stock options that ensure your share in our success
- Extra recharge days on top of your annual vacation
- Comprehensive relocation support to Estonia or Spain
- Extensive medical, dental, and vision insurance to ensure you’re feeling great physically and mentally
- Learning and Development & Health and Sports budget that you are free to tailor to your own needs
- Four weeks of fully paid sabbatical leave after reaching your 5th work anniversary
