Licensed Clinical Supervisor, Assessment Specialist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

HCO Behavioral Health Services

• Complete approximately 5–8 comprehensive behavioral health assessments per week • Conduct assessments via telehealth • Complete assessments accurately and within established documentation timeframes • Develop appropriate clinical recommendations and treatment recommendations • Provide supervision and oversight for assigned provisional and non-licensed behavioral health professionals • Monthly individual supervision sessions • Clinical consultation and case review • Documentation & progress note review • Treatment plan review • Clinical guidance and mentorship • Performance feedback regarding documentation quality and clinical practice • Review documentation for clinical accuracy and compliance • Ensure documentation meets payer, organizational, and regulatory standards

Job Requirements

  • Active Louisiana license as one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • License in good standing
  • Ability to provide clinical supervision under Louisiana regulations
  • Excellent clinical judgment
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Reliable internet connection and private workspace for telehealth services
