Role Description The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the [department/team] by performing various clerical and organizational tasks. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth functioning of the department by assisting in tasks such as: - Data entry - Record-keeping - Scheduling - Communication We are looking to add the administrative role of Service Coordinator. This role supports our technicians and the Service Admin team with the following: - Provide quotes for service repairs - Complete full-service process including opening the work order, monitoring WIP, invoicing and closing work orders - Generate POs - Communicate with Technician Team Leads in order to dispatch repairs to technicians - Provide a high level of customer service Qualifications - Highly motivated to learn our industry - Detail-oriented and organized - Mechanically inclined - A communicator with proven ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, vendors and customers - MS Office-literate (even better if you have worked with an ERP system) - Ready to join a dynamic team Requirements - Training (approximately two weeks) commenced via Webex will be required (expenses covered) Company Description

Role Description We are looking for a Software Developer to build and implement functional programs. You will work with other Developers and Product Managers throughout the software development lifecycle. In this role, you should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. If you also have experience in Agile frameworks and popular coding languages (e.g. JavaScript), we’d like to meet you. Your goal will be to build effective programs and systems that serve user needs. - Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts - Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications - Integrate software components and third-party programs - Verify and deploy programs and systems - Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software - Gather and evaluate user feedback - Recommend and execute improvements - Create technical documentation for reference and reporting Qualifications - Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies - Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment - Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C++, Java, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems (e.g. AngularJS, Git) - Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. Hibernate) - Ability to learn new languages and technologies - Excellent communication skills - Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude - Attention to detail - BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field Company Description

Role Description We are seeking a new Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail. - Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials. - Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval. - Preparing finished art by operating the necessary equipment and software. - Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary. - Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed. - Communicating with clients about layout and design. - Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop. - Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary. Role Description We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. An excellent Construction Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals from different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding the budget. - Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project - Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements - Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities - Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations - Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met - Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies - Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities - Supervise the work of labourers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed - Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports - Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues Qualifications - Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager - In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles - Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards - Good knowledge of MS Office - Familiarity with construction/ project management software - Outstanding communication and negotiation skills - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - A team player with leadership abilities - BSc/BA in engineering, building science or relevant field - PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage
