Role Description We are looking for a Head of Financial Planning & Business Partnering to lead and develop the FP&BP function within MGID’s Finance organisation. In this hands-on leadership role, you will combine strategic FP&A with Finance Business Partnering by: - Strengthening planning and forecasting processes - Developing performance and KPI frameworks - Translating financial and operational data into actionable recommendations You will work with senior leadership and stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Product, Operations, and BI to improve financial visibility and support informed decisions related to: - Revenue - Pricing - Investment - Efficiency - Profitability The role is suited to a finance professional who has led complex planning and commercial decision-support activities and is motivated by the opportunity to build scalable processes in an international, data-intensive business. Role Description WSP is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Environmental Planning to join our expanding Pacific Northwest Environmental Impact Assessment and Permitting service group. The position is either remote or hybrid working out of our Seattle, Redmond (WA), Bend, Portland or Boise offices. The position will be filled by a detail-oriented candidate, with strong writing skills and ability to manage multi-discipline work flows. The Lead Consultant, Environmental Planner will lead environmental assessment, permitting and compliance services in support clients in the power, oil and gas, manufacturing, and data center sectors. This role will work closely with project managers to ensure environmental deliverables are prepared according to the quality, budget and schedule requirements. • Design, implement, and maintain credit risk models and frameworks in compliance with BACEN and IFRS 9 standards. • Monitor and manage retail credit exposures across the lifecycle, from origination and underwriting to scoring and portfolio performance. • Develop and validate ML/AI-based models for PD, LGD, EAD, and behavioral scoring. • Build and maintain AI agents to automate risk monitoring, provisioning, and reporting workflows. • Collaborate with the Credit Policy team to define limits, strategies, and credit appetite aligned with the company’s Risk Appetite Statement (RAS). • Conduct stress testing, scenario analysis, and model backtesting to ensure portfolio resilience. • Work closely with Data Science, Finance, Compliance, and Fraud teams to ensure model consistency, explainability, and auditability. • Prepare and present insights and reports to senior management and regulators.
