Account Manager
GoMaterials
• Own and grow all aspects of customer health as well as quotes and order processes for your markets • Build and execute account growth strategies and maintain strong relationships with top accounts • Close, grow, and foster new customer accounts from the beginning of the sales cycle • Process quotes and orders, while ensuring the quality of the product, competitive pricing, and service levels are met and exceed customer expectations • Communicate with customers to ensure that specs are met, address/resolve any concerns or issues the customers have pre, mid, or post order • Travel to the USA for in-person client meetings and trade shows on a quarterly basis • May coordinate and optimize deliveries • Maintain a healthy supplier relationship with all our vendors
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle Sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
- Logistics, Operations or Supply Chain experience a plus
- College Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Written and spoken fluency in English. Spanish a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of the Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets) or Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
