Tech Lead Fullstack – Java/React
GOK | Digital Innovation
• Act as a technical lead, ensuring architectural coherence and delivery quality. • Design and evolve backend and frontend architectures aligned with business and non-functional requirements. • Define and uphold technical standards, development best practices and guidelines. • Actively resolve technical impediments and structural issues. • Support complex technical decisions and conduct architecture reviews. • Code when necessary, especially on critical or foundational components. • Ensure consistent integration between frontend, BFF and backend. • Provide governance for technical aspects, observability, security and resilience of solutions. • Work closely with the PO, UX, QA and technical stakeholders. • Raise the teams' technical level through continuous mentoring, reviews and direction.
Job Requirements
- Modern Java (17+ / 21+)
- Spring Boot and/or Micronaut
- Advanced React, with strong command of frontend architecture
- Microservices architecture and the BFF pattern
- REST API design and versioning
- Event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing
- Integration between critical systems (REST, events, webhooks)
- Authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC)
- Resilience strategies (retry, circuit breaker, timeout, fallback)
- Data persistence (relational and event-driven)
- Messaging (Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ or similar)
- End-to-end observability (logs, metrics, distributed tracing)
- Application security (OWASP Top 10, data protection)
- Containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- CI/CD and continuous delivery practices
- Code quality tools (SonarQube or similar)
- Git in a collaborative environment (PR, code review)
- Technical leadership by example
- Clear, direct and assertive communication
- Ability to make technical decisions under pressure
- Systemic thinking and architectural mindset
- Ability to prioritize and solve real problems
- Skill in mediating between business and technology
- Mature demeanor in complex and regulated environments
- Ability to mentor and develop other professionals
- Previous experience as a Tech Lead or Architect on critical products
- Experience in financial or regulated environments
- Track record of supporting systems in production
- Experience in projects with high volume and strict SLAs
- Experience in distributed teams and complex corporate environments
