Senior Epic Analyst
GMH
• Provide Epic product function, design, and build expertise and experience needed for successful product implementation. • Serve as the primary resource dedicated to application design, validation, and build within assigned area. • Assesses current state, designs and implements future-state workflows by interacting with department representatives to analyze business/operational needs, and translates these into proper system configuration. • Provide demonstration of system functionality creates and submits regular status reports to immediate Lead Analyst/Project Manager/IT Leadership as assigned. • Coordinate/facilitate organizational meetings and attends weekly team meetings to discuss team and project related activities, issues, changes, communications, and updates. • Develop, support, and maintain documentation and procedures as needed and provides training to other IT staff and user clients as appropriate. • Troubleshoot problems identified by team members and end-users, analyzes and coordinates system changes, and implements approved changes based on customer-designated priorities. • Review and test build and new releases/enhancements prior to implementing in the production environment, and maintain established guidelines related to build standards (logs/tracks issues, naming and numbering conventions, build trackers etc.) and Change Control processes. • Collaborate with Principal Trainers in the design and development of role-based training programs to support the workflows to be implemented, and assists with training of end-users on proper use of the system. • Provide expertise and experience to the development of activation plans, application activation tasks, and production environment readiness. • Provide on-site support as needed during Go-live/Downtime events.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent education, training and/or experience
- 3+ years of experience providing analytical support for Epic Dorothy module in a large health system
- Epic Dorothy certification.

• Analyzing proposed policy changes and reporting on benefits, drawbacks, and other findings to team members • Collecting and sharing data and other pertinent information to team members in preparation for legislative testimony, legislative briefings, public speaking, events, and media appearances • Assisting team members with policy research, including researching and summarizing various components of state and federal laws to support our policy research and implementation efforts • Writing commentary and blog posts for Reason.org and other outlets • Other duties as assigned • Occasional travel might be required
• Estabelecer e implementar Estratégia de testes baseadas em risco; • Elaborar, juntamente com o time, Plano e Estratégia de Testes com base na análise dos entregáveis previstos para um projeto de desenvolvimento de software; • Estabelecer Matriz de rastreabilidade de Requisitos x Testes; • Participar na condução de análise de AS-IS e definição de To-BE; • Analisar e validar requisitos de negócio, garantindo a adequada aplicação dos fundamentos e técnicas de teste; • Elaborar e manter casos de teste utilizando o padrão BDD (Behavior Driven Development); • Executar casos de teste manuais, garantindo a coleta de evidências adequadas para as necessidades do projeto; • Registrar e acompanhar o tratamento de defeitos e falhas identificadas durante as atividades de teste; • Monitorar políticas e procedimentos de controle de qualidade; • Identificar, analisar, propor e implementar soluções para problemas de qualidade, analisando a causa raiz e prevenindo a recorrência; • Analisar oportunidades de melhoria, buscando a otimização dos processos de qualidade e trazendo para o time o foco na qualidade das entregas; • Coletar e analisar dados para avaliar o desempenho dos produtos desenvolvidos em relação aos padrões de qualidade estabelecidos; • Elaborar relatórios que contemplem os principais indicadores de qualidade, como: defeitos, cobertura de testes, riscos de qualidade, etc; • Utilizar ferramentas de automação de testes para garantir a otimização do esforço de testes.
