Job Description

Senior IT Support Administrator

ghSMART

• Deliver exceptional IT support services ensuring high stakeholder satisfaction. • Resolve technology issues and execute security and compliance processes. • Provide outstanding service to stakeholders ensuring productivity of executives and staff. • Maintain and monitor technology systems for security, compliance, and reliability. • Serve as the main point of contact for technology support responding to IT issues and requests. • Track, manage, and resolve help desk tickets with clear communication.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM preferred or at least three years in a comparable IT support role.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Entra administration supporting Microsoft and Apple environments.
  • Experience providing IT support to executive-level stakeholders, with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong understanding of IT security principles and hands-on experience implementing security best practices to safeguard data.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and integrity in technology support.
  • Extensive hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Strong analytical capability to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined to thrive in a remote work environment.
