Growth Manager

• Define and execute the company's growth strategy • Set clear acquisition, conversion and recurring revenue targets • Build and optimize the pipeline: lead generation, qualification, conversion and expansion • Monitor and optimize metrics such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), average deal size, conversion by stage, and sales velocity • Ensure integration between demand generation, pre-sales and closing • Establish clear processes for qualification, lead handoff and inter-team feedback • Develop and scale channels such as inbound marketing, content, partnerships and referral programs • Run continuous tests, including mystery shopper tests, to improve acquisition, conversion and positioning • Evaluate new channels and distribution models • Lead the area's coordinators • Ensure disciplined execution, goal tracking and team development • Grow recurring revenue • Generate qualified leads • Maintain healthy CAC and LTV.

We are building a stronger practitioner referral ecosystem across key regional markets, and this role is central to that mission. The Opportunity We are hiring a Practitioner Growth Lead to develop and grow practitioner referral networks in priority markets.
