• 作为产品 Owner，独立负责 AI Agent 平台的产品规划、路线图及落地结果。 • 深入理解不同业务团队的需求，识别共性场景，并沉淀为标准化、可复用的平台能力。 • 设计 Agent 创建、配置、调试、评测、发布、监控及持续优化的完整产品流程。 • 规划并推动工作流编排、多 Agent 协作、任务拆解与智能路由等核心能力。 • 建设 Tool Calling、API、插件及 MCP 工具接入体系。 • 推动企业知识库、RAG、记忆、上下文管理及模型路由能力建设。 • 完善权限控制、数据安全、审批审计、异常重试、人工介入及兜底机制。 • 建立 Agent 评测与运营指标体系，持续优化任务完成率、准确率、稳定性、响应速度及调用成本。 • 协调算法、工程、数据、安全及业务团队，推动产品按计划高质量交付。 • 制定 Agent 应用接入规范与最佳实践，降低业务团队使用 AI 的门槛。

• 负责海量通用大模型（如 OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek 等）的标准化接入、适配与封装，统一输出高兼容性的标准化 API 接口，彻底解决多模型版本兼容与调用不一致痛点。 • 设计并持续迭代 AI 流量路由策略，主导智能路由、动态负载均衡（Load Balancing）、并发限流（Rate Limiting）、模型降级与故障熔断机制的设计，保障平台在极端高并发下的绝对稳定性。 • 构建企业级 AI 权限体系、多租户账号体系、调用配额管理以及精细化的 Token 计费账单（Metering & Billing）、日志审计与风控防刷系统，支撑 B 端企业与 C 端用户的大规模商业化接入。 • 协同研发、测试、运维团队高效推进版本迭代，梳理全链路业务流，跟进线上问题闭环，持续优化中转平台的吞吐量性能与综合成本结构（Cost Optimization）。 • 跟踪全球 AI 产业动态与模型迭代趋势，将客户痛点转化为标准化的中台能力，对内赋能多元业务线，对外实现高价值的商业化输出。

• Trend Identification & Strategy: Monitor Web3 and global macro-finance trends in real-time. Utilize your research background to independently develop high-value content themes, ensuring the executive’s voice remains at the industry’s forefront. • Professional Voice & Outputs: Lead the executive’s presence on X (Twitter) and other platforms. Draft and refine sophisticated content in both English and Chinese, including in-depth viewpoints, media interview scripts, Q&A frameworks, and talking points for global summits. • Account Operations: Manage the daily presence and professional engagement of social media accounts. Build long-term influence within global Web3 circles through the consistent output of high-signal content. • IP Strategic Support: Assist with other tasks related to the exec

• Assist in the end-to-end execution of events: from requirement communication and solution implementation to on-site execution and follow-up, ensuring the event proceeds according to schedule. • Manage event materials and vendor coordination: including price comparison, communication, contract/order follow-up, and ensuring timely delivery of resources such as venue setup, construction, catering, photography, and videography. • Participate in event budgeting and expense procedures: assist in budget preparation, follow up on payments/reimbursements and invoices, and maintain accurate cost records and reconciliations. • Provide on-site event support: registration, traffic flow management, guest/speaker reception, crowd control, and handling unexpected issues to ensure a safe and high-quality on-site experience. • Collaborate on event promotion: work with marketing/design/PR teams to prepare event registration pages, poster copy, social media (content/assets), and publish event-related information. • Conduct post-event review and data organization: collect registration/attendance/feedback data, and produce post-event summaries with actionable improvement suggestions.

• 在现有 App 工程体系内，负责 AI 能力的工程化接入与长期维护，包括模型调用封装、上下文构建、结果解析、失败兜底与体验收敛。 • 设计并实现 可复用的 App 端 AI 能力模块，支持多业务场景接入（如智能助手、内容生成、研发辅助、问题分析等）。 • 负责 AI 功能在复杂端侧环境下的稳定性与性能治理，包括主线程安全、异步调度、弱网处理、超时与重试、缓存与降级策略。 • 将 AI 能力纳入现有 App 工程规范中，包括：①代码结构与依赖管理。②日志、监控与问题定位③灰度、回滚与线上风险控制④与AI后端、产品、平台团队协作，推动 AI 功能从「实验性质」演进为 可规模化、可维护的正式能力。

• 负责Web3核心产品的制定策略与全流程管理，深度参与产品架构设计与核心模块定义 • 能够从业务与用户视角出发，洞察链上与链下的关键场景，提出具有创新性与竞争力的产品方案 • 主导跨部门协作，整合内部外部资源，确保产品从设计到高效落地的推进与效果验证 • 关注行业趋势与技术演进，具备独立判断产品方向与战略决策的能力

• 智能合约开发与部署：负责 Solana、Tron、TON、Sui 等区块链平台的智能合约设计、开发和部署，确保合约的安全性和高效性。 • 智能合约优化：对现有智能合约进行性能优化和安全审计，提升合约的执行效率和安全性 • 基于 Polkadot Substrate 进行公链底层架构设计与开发。 • 开发和优化区块链核心模块（共识层、网络层、存储层、虚拟机等） • 参与技术方案评审，编写技术文档和设计文档 • 跟踪区块链前沿技术，推动技术创新
