• Assist in the end-to-end execution of events: from requirement communication and solution implementation to on-site execution and follow-up, ensuring the event proceeds according to schedule. • Manage event materials and vendor coordination: including price comparison, communication, contract/order follow-up, and ensuring timely delivery of resources such as venue setup, construction, catering, photography, and videography. • Participate in event budgeting and expense procedures: assist in budget preparation, follow up on payments/reimbursements and invoices, and maintain accurate cost records and reconciliations. • Provide on-site event support: registration, traffic flow management, guest/speaker reception, crowd control, and handling unexpected issues to ensure a safe and high-quality on-site experience. • Collaborate on event promotion: work with marketing/design/PR teams to prepare event registration pages, poster copy, social media (content/assets), and publish event-related information. • Conduct post-event review and data organization: collect registration/attendance/feedback data, and produce post-event summaries with actionable improvement suggestions.
Job Requirements
- Experience at event planning agencies, event production companies, or PR firms (internship experience counts)
- Detail-oriented and able to adapt to the fast-paced event cycle (may involve travel, overtime, or weekend events)
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Basic design skills (e.g., Canva) and video editing abilities
