Job Requirements
- 本科及以上学历,3-5年以上Web3领域产品工作经验,具备完整的产品生命周期管理能力
- 对链上资产、交易行为、协议机制等有深入理解,能从复杂业务中抽象产品逻辑
- 项目管理与团队协作能力优秀,具备主人翁意识,能够独立推进重点项目
- 具备思维战略与产品洞察力,能够在变化中识别机会,制定产品策略
- 对Web3生态系统具有系统性认知,能够快速理解新兴技术与业务形态

• Own the development of user-facing blockchain applications with a strong focus on security, usability, and reliability • Design and implement high-quality user interfaces for interacting with blockchain wallets and transaction flows • Integrate frontend applications with security-critical core libraries without re-implementing sensitive logic • Ensure safe handling of user inputs, permissions, error states, and edge cases in blockchain interactions • Collaborate closely with backend, protocol, and security engineers to align UX with system constraints and guarantees • Build and maintain scalable component architectures and frontend state management solutions • Ensure applications meet high standards for performance, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility • Participate in usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and security considerations
