RevOps Technical Specialist

FMG

• Build and automate in HubSpot, designing and building workflows, properties, lifecycle automations, and other system enhancements. • Run the billing and CPQ system with Chargebee, managing selling rule logic and custom flows. • Contribute to reporting and data work by building HubSpot reports and dashboards. • Own integration use cases on the HubSpot side and manage errors. • Drive user enablement to ensure solutions generate value through training and testing. • Present solutions to stakeholder groups, translating technical work into understandable formats. • Troubleshoot issues and document findings for future reference. • Lean into AI for productivity improvements within workflow logic, documentation, and system enhancements.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years building in HubSpot, with hands-on experience designing complex workflows, custom properties, and reporting.
  • Experience managing a CPQ and integrated billing system. Chargebee specifically is a plus.
  • Business-minded curiosity. You ask good questions, understand the "why" behind a request, and push back when something doesn't make sense.
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts and a habit of documenting what you learn.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to present solutions to stakeholder groups in Miro, slide decks, or live demos.
  • Comfort using AI tools as part of how you work and what you build. Experience with Make, ClickUp, or similar tools is a plus, but not required.

Role Description The Senior Director of Revenue Operations is a critical leadership role responsible for building and scaling a high-performing, data-driven revenue operating model. This individual will drive execution discipline, pipeline integrity, and forecast accuracy across the sales organization while enabling consistent, scalable growth. This role sits at the center of Sales, Services, Finance, and Marketing—ensuring alignment across teams and translating strategy into measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who brings structure, insight, and accountability to the revenue engine.
