Role Description Flighthouse is seeking a detail-oriented and creative intern to support our Content Syndication team. This role offers hands-on experience in content publishing, audience development, analytics, and digital media operations. The intern will work closely with the Director of content syndication and gain direct exposure to how channels grow and perform on Snapchat. This is an unpaid, part-time internship designed for current students receiving college credit. Interns must be eligible to work in the U.S. and available for 10–20 hours per week over a 3–4 month term. Responsibilities - Assist with daily Snapchat publishing workflows and content scheduling - Build and maintain monthly content calendars in Asana - Review edits daily to ensure content is platform-ready - Perform quality control on published and scheduled content - Write engaging, platform-appropriate headlines/titles - Assist with thumbnail creation as needed - Monitor analytics and summarize key wins, losses, and trends - Participate in brainstorming sessions for channel growth and creative strategy - Surface insights to the team Learning Opportunities - Weekly 1:1 coaching and structured feedback sessions - Shadowing managers and weekly meetings when available on strategy and performance reviews - Exposure to editing, creative, analytics, and operations teams - Ownership of projects tied to real audience growth goals - Training on short-form content trends and monetization strategy - Hands-on experience with a major social platform Qualifications - Strong interest in social media, creator economy, or digital media - Familiarity with Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube - Strong written communication skills - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Comfortable in a fast-paced environment - Eager to learn analytics and performance strategy - Experience with Canva, Adobe and Google Suite is a plus! Associate Editor

Role Description As an Associate Editor, you’ll support the post-production team by editing social-first video content that feels native to Gen Z platforms. You’ll work closely with Producers, Editors, and Designers to turn raw footage into polished, scroll-stopping edits that align with creative direction and client goals. This role is ideal for an early-career editor who’s hungry to learn, highly detail-oriented, and excited to grow quickly in a fast-paced, creative environment. - Edit social-first video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. - Execute creative direction and notes from Producers, Editors, and Creative Leads. - Apply basic color correction, audio balancing, captions, and finishing touches. - Turn notes quickly and accurately while maintaining version control. - Maintain organized project files, exports, and delivery structures. - Collaborate with producers and account teams to ensure smooth handoffs. - Stay up to date on social trends, editing styles, and Gen Z content formats. - Assist with post-production troubleshooting and workflow improvements. - Participate in monthly trainings with Production Manager to go over Adobe Suite organization best practices. - Create a monthly audit presentation on key editing trends findings, and recommend ways to incorporate into future creative assets. - Continue to grow in capabilities by enrolling in internet based creative classes, identified by your manager, paid for by Fighthouse. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - 1–2+ years of editing experience (professional, freelance, or academic). - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. - Familiarity with TikTok and short-form storytelling conventions. - Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and comedic timing. - Organized, communicative, and able to manage multiple deadlines. - Interest in entertainment, film, television, and internet culture. - After Effects, Photoshop, or CapCut experience is a plus. - Portfolio or reel required (social-first work preferred). Requirements - Pay Scale: $19.23 - $22.11 per hour. - The final compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role. Senior Analytics Engineer

Job Summary The Senior Analytics Engineer will be part of our Analytics & Insights team and partner closely with stakeholders and internal data teams to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions. The role will analyze & integrate data from multiple datasets, write and optimize SQL for analytics & reporting, own end-to-end analytics deliverables, and recommend data and reporting improvements. Responsibilities - Partner closely with Finance/Music Ops/Acquisitions, and other business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, data gaps, and analytical requirements - Collaborate with internal data teams to translate business questions into scalable, well-modeled analytics ready data solutions - Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and reporting tables, including recommending improvements to existing SQL data models - Analyze & integrate data from disparate data sets to develop niche reporting tables and generate meaningful insights - Apply software engineering best practices to analytics code (version control, testing, continuous integration) - Participate in code reviews, optimize SQL for performance (including Sigma-specific optimization), maintain data documentation & definitions - Other duties as assigned Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in the analytics domain as an analyst/data engineer/data or decision scientist or equivalent - Bachelor’s degree or advanced analytics certification required (Master’s degree is a plus) - Advanced proficiency in SQL, with experience designing complex queries, optimizing performance, and ensuring data integrity - Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous requirements, analyze and integrate datasets and build targeted reporting tables - Demonstrated expertise in building and owning the analytics semantic layer, including metric definitions, data models, and business logic - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross functional teams - Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders - Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies and programming languages as required - Experience with dashboarding tools is a plus (i.e. Sigma) Pay Scale - $110,000 - $130,000 per CAD year - The final compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
