Creator Manager

• Drive creator acquisition across the US Mainstream (SFW) market, owning GMV and onboarding targets • Prospect, qualify, and engage creators and agencies through outbound, inbound, and network-driven opportunities • Manage key parts of the sales cycle from discovery to close, including pitching, negotiation, and contracting (with leadership support when needed) • Onboard creators by leveraging reduced platform commission and targeted commercial incentives • Accelerate activation and drive time to first revenue for newly onboarded creators • Build strong, long-term relationships with creators, serving as a trusted advisor and thought partner • Maintain close engagement during the first 90 days post-onboarding to ensure successful activation and retention • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities in collaboration with Creator Success • Work closely with Mainstream Sales, Creator Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure a seamless creator experience • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene (HubSpot or equivalent)
Job Requirements
- Experienced creator manager, talent manager, creator scout, or sales executive in the creator economy
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue and onboarding targets
- Deep understanding of how creators monetise audiences and what motivates them to switch platforms
- Strong relationship builder with excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Organised, diligent, and able to work independently in a remote-first environment
- Resilient, coachable, curious, and highly driven
- Nice-to-haves: Existing network of US-based creators or agencies, especially in LA or Miami; Experience with subscription, fan, or creator monetisation platforms; Exposure to influencer marketing or talent management technology.
