• Review and action user-generated content against Fanvue's content and community guidelines • Investigate Terms of Service violations (explicit content policy breaches, impersonation, copyright claims/DMCA, off-platform risks) • Work moderation queues in our tooling, prioritising by risk and turnaround time • Escalate high-risk and edge cases to the Moderation Manager and Head of Trust & Safety • Spot patterns and emerging risks, and feed insights back into policy and tooling improvements • Keep clean records of decisions to support audits, compliance reviews, and appeals • Partner with Support and Creator teams on escalations involving account restrictions or compliance concerns • Work shifts and handle sensitive content consistently
Job Requirements
- 2+ years in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or compliance
- Strong judgement and fast decision-making on grey-area cases
- Clear written communication, high discretion, and calm handling of sensitive content
- Comfortable using tools like Slack, Notion, Intercom, Retool
- Valuable: moderation frameworks, DMCA workflows, Online Safety Act, EU Digital Services Act, platform TOS enforcement
- Must be comfortable reviewing adult-only (18+) content

Role Description The Experienced Senior, Compliance & Monitoring supports the Compliance and Monitoring team by performing essential tasks related to the timely analysis, processing, and review of extensive grant compliance documentation required by federal and state regulations. This role provides second‑level compliance review and oversight, ensuring audit-ready program records and adherence to applicable federal regulations. The incumbent reviews and validates data integrity, collaborates with program teams to resolve compliance issues, and communicates regulatory requirements to support consistent implementation.
