• Own our vendor relationships end-to-end: Healthie (EMR), Candid Health (RCM), HubSpot (CRM), and others as we grow • Drive active implementation projects from requirements through go-live, including managing timelines, escalations, and issue resolution with vendor partners • Run structured vendor evaluations when we're considering new tools — define criteria, manage demos and pilots, and produce clear recommendations • Serve as the primary point of contact for implementation partners, escalating to the CPO only when strategic decisions are required • Take ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives that span Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, and the Executive team • Manage competing priorities and dependencies across teams, surfacing blockers before they become crises • Keep projects moving fast without sacrificing coordination — you know when to push and when to align • Build and maintain project documentation, status updates, and stakeholder communication so nothing falls through the cracks • Maintain and improve the operational infrastructure of the product organization: roadmap tooling, meeting cadences, reporting rhythms, and documentation standards • Partner with Engineering and Data to ensure our internal tools serve the teams using them — and flag when they don't • Identify process bottlenecks and fix them, not just flag them • Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) as a core productivity layer, not an occasional shortcut: drafting vendor communications, synthesizing project status, building briefing materials, and distilling complex information should all happen faster because of how fluently you use these tools • Model what AI-native work looks like for the rest of the team — sharing tools, workflows, and prompting approaches that help teammates do more with less • Partner directly with the CPO to manage her priority list and ensure the highest-leverage work is moving forward at all times • Attend cross-functional meetings on behalf of the CPO when appropriate, representing product interests and capturing decisions with fidelity • Prepare briefing materials, vendor summaries, and project status updates for leadership and board audiences
• Provide individual tele-therapy to perinatal and perimenopausal patients using FamilyWell's virtual platform, carrying a full clinical caseload as the primary focus of this role. • Conduct one-on-one psychological intakes for referred FamilyWell program patients, gathering comprehensive assessments to inform treatment planning. • Document patient progress comprehensively, sharing treatment recommendations with medical providers, psychiatric consultants, and other treating professionals as needed. • Facilitate treatment plan modifications for patients needing more intensive or specialized mental health care, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions. • Develop and deliver Care Plans post-session, offering patients actionable insights and follow-up steps. • Apply evidence-based clinical approaches specific to perinatal mental health (PPD, PPA, birth trauma) and perimenopausal conditions (mood dysregulation, anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances, and identity and life transition). • Create and complete relapse prevention self-management plans for patients nearing discharge, ensuring a structured approach to maintaining mental health gains. • Serve as the primary clinical resource and first point of contact for therapy consultants with clinical questions, complex cases, or ethical dilemmas. • Advocate for the therapy consultant team — surface their needs, concerns, and clinical feedback to leadership and ensure their voices are represented. • Provide informal clinical guidance, peer consultation, and real-time support to therapists navigating difficult patient situations. • Facilitate peer-to-peer reflection and case consultation to promote shared learning and clinical quality across the team. • Escalate concerns around well-being, help identify early signs of burnout or compassion fatigue and support FamilyWell’s Provider Experience efforts. • Contribute clinical expertise to key organizational decisions, including care model design, clinical protocols, and patient experience improvements. • Provide clinical input on projects that require therapy-specific knowledge, such as new program development, clinical quality initiatives, and OB/GYN partnership integration. • Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership on policies and practices that affect the therapy team and patient care standards.

Role: The Perinatal Behavioral Health Coach (PBHC) is a core member of the collaborative care team, which also includes OB providers, Care Coordinators, Licensed Therapists, and Psychiatric Consultants. The PBHC is responsible for providing virtual coaching sessions for patients in the collaborative care program The Perinatal Behavioral Health Coach collaborates with the other Care Team members to determine clinical management recommendations when appropriate. Reports To: Head of Coaching Services Compensation: $25 per 30-minute session Location: Remote Hours: 10-25 hours per week Key Responsibilities: - Support the mental health of pregnant and postpartum patients via telehealth for an assigned patient caseload. - Provide patient education about common perinatal mental health disorders and the available treatment options. - Document patient progress and client encounters in a HIPAA-compliant electronic medical record (EMR) system and client registry provided by FamilyWell. - Communicate patient progress with FamilyWell Care Team members. - Identify patients who are not improving and may need more intensive mental health care and report any concerns to the Care Manager and the Psychiatric Consultant. - Develop and complete relapse prevention self-management plan with patients who have achieved their treatment goals and are soon to be discharged from the program. Qualifications: - Qualified applicants must have at least 1 year of coaching experience or experience working directly with perinatal or perimenopause patients. - Completion of the FamilyWell Perinatal Behavioral Health Coaching Certification program within 3 months of start date (if not previously completed). - Passionate, driven, & inspired by a mission to improve perinatal mental healthcare, particularly in vulnerable patient populations. Role: The Women's Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner supports the collaborative care team, which includes the OB/GYN providers, patients, social workers, licensed therapists, and coaches—through regular consultations on an assigned caseload of patients. The Women's PMHNP will either advise the OB/GYN provider on appropriate medications and other treatment strategies, or for more complex cases will see the patient directly for short-term medication management in the context of pregnancy and postpartum, and/or peri/menopause. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management visits for FamilyWell program participants via telehealth for the short-term management of mental health conditions in the perinatal period and/or experiencing peri/menopause. Provide treatment recommendations for patients who may need more intensive or more specialized mental health care. - Complete pre-conception medication consultation and psycho-education for individuals trying to conceive and currently treated with psychotropic medications. - Perform asynchronous caseload consultations through a review of clinical information prepared by the patient’s care team, as well as review of available medical records. Case review consultations focus primarily on patients who are new to the caseload or who are not improving as expected under their current treatment plan. Provide recommendations for next steps in treatment. - Complete documentation for case consultations and direct patient visits within 24 hours of visit. - Work with care managers to oversee the status and population health of their assigned patient caseload. The psychiatric consultant will use FamilyWell’s registry to track all assigned patients and prioritize patients for case review and treatment adjustment. - Provide the care team with educational support on diagnosing and managing behavioral health conditions. - Be available to provide occasional ad hoc telephone, email, or telehealth consultations to OB providers for complex patients or challenging patient situations within normal working hours. Maintain professional cell phone and email accounts for contact during usual business hours. Check professional accounts daily and respond to email questions/consultations within two business days, sooner if urgent.
