• Lead and develop the FAE and Linux support engineering team, central to Ezurio's value proposition. • Define and manage team KPIs, maintaining visibility into performance and progress across the organization. • Coach each FAE/support engineer individually, developing both their technical depth and customer-facing skills. • Partner with Sales leadership on prioritization, translating commercial context into clear focus for the team while trusting your engineers to run their own work. • Serve as the voice of the customer inside Ezurio. • Aggregate feedback from direct customer interactions and your team's hands-on experience, and turn it into actionable input for Product Management and R&D. • Build and maintain strong working relationships with R&D so the team has a fast lane to engineering when customer situations require it. • Lend your presence to the most critical and complex customer escalations.

Role Description With minimal supervision, the Buyer Planner III is responsible for performing material planning activities in the Demand, Production, and Supplier Planning functions of customer demand fulfillment in order to ensure total customer satisfaction within required timeline, quality standards, and total cost constraints. This position is remote and legal authorization to work in the US is required. - Manage daily PO placement across multiple distributor and manufacturer portals (Mouser, DigiKey, Arrow, Future, Avnet) — including online-only vendor accounts, individual logins, and pricing-tier verification. - Maintain discrete purchase orders and Supplier Schedules based on MRP action messages and engineering change orders (ECOs). - Monitor and maintain delivery schedules / due dates in the MRP system based on customer demand (Planning Solutions and Discrete Sales Orders) and forecasting techniques where applicable. - Source PCB and printed-circuit assemblies — including new-build vs. repeat-build determination, retrieval of fabrication and Gerber files from PLM, EQ (Engineering Question) workflow with engineering, and stencil / production-tooling orders. - Manage allocated-component sourcing (memory: DDR, EMMC, microcontrollers) — including hard-PO placement with primary distributors and weekly expedite cadence to align with customer allocation. - Make NCNR (Non-Cancellable, Non-Returnable) acceptance decisions within delegated authority; escalate high-value or EOL parts to operations leadership for sign-off. - Identify, mitigate, and escalate supply risk on long-lead-time components — including semiconductors, RF modules, and other strategic wireless / IoT materials — and develop alternate sourcing or buffer strategies in partnership with Engineering and Category Management. - Manage pull-in requests and PO splits across multiple build months — including vendor confirmation and downstream operations notification when dates shift. - Optimize MOQ purchases against reel / cut-tape / DG-reel packaging constraints; track and re-deploy excess inventory across future build months. - Manage Supplier Schedules and the Supplier Demand Visibility application; support supplier training activity as required. - Lead supplier performance reviews using on-time delivery, quality, and lead-time KPIs; drive corrective action plans and continuous improvement with key strategic suppliers. - Provide lead times to the Customer Service team for Ezurio Promise Date commitments and customer demand fulfillment. - Monitor and measure material cost-savings plans and targets; collaborate with Materials Management and Category Management teams on supplier negotiation initiatives. Qualifications - Previous demonstrated experience in production/materials planning/MRP required, NetSuite preferred (or comparable ERP with rapid ramp). - Good communication skills, both written and oral / interpersonal. - Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions (P/D/C/A). - Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivots, conditional formatting). - Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail. - Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment with strong follow-through. - Hands-on experience with PLM or engineering document-management systems (App Chain, Arena, Agile, or equivalent) for fabrication / Gerber / BOM retrieval and version control. - Familiarity with distributor stock-aggregation tools (Trusted Parts, Octopart, FindChips) and direct vendor-portal account management. - Willingness to travel up to 25% of time. Requirements - BS or BA from accredited 4-year college preferred. - Five years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Provide senior-level technical leadership to Manufacturing Engineering, Product Design, Production, Quality, and supporting functions. • Act as a recognized subject matter expert in a specialized manufacturing or process engineering discipline, offering guidance, analysis, and solutions to complex technical challenges. • Serve as a go-to technical authority for critical manufacturing issues, continuous improvement initiatives, and strategic projects. • Develop and deliver internal training, mentoring, and technical guidance to strengthen manufacturing competency and succession across the organization. • Evaluate, specify, recommend, and lead the acquisition and implementation of manufacturing equipment, tooling, automation, and process technologies to enhance safety, quality, cost, delivery, and global competitiveness. • Partner closely with Sales, Program Management, Design Engineering, and customers as a senior technical interface during development, launch, and production phases. • Lead or contribute to enterprise-wide manufacturing initiatives, special projects, and advanced problem-solving efforts as assigned.
Lead and evolve Ezurio’s System-on-Module (SOM) and Single Board Computer (SBC) portfolios, with a focus on NXP and Texas Instruments platforms in SMARC and OSM form factors. This hands-on role combines technical depth in embedded systems with commercial acumen and customer engagement. As the subject matter expert for your product lines, you will collaborate with customers, sales, engineering, and ecosystem partners to deliver competitive, differentiated solutions aligned with market needs. This is a remote position open to candidates in any U.S. state (West Coast preferred) and in Germany, Italy, or the United Kingdom. Applicants must have legal RESPONSIBILITIES Product Strategy and Portfolio Ownership Own the complete product lifecycle for Ezurio’s SOM and SBC portfolios, from concept through launch, sustainment, and end-of-life. Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with customer needs, market trends, and silicon partner strategies. Drive clear product positioning and differentiation to stand out against competitive offerings Technical and Market Expertise Act as the subject matter expert for assigned products, covering both hardware capabilities and software enablement. Maintain expertise in embedded Linux environments (Buildroot, Yocto, Debian) and awareness of QNX and related RTOS ecosystems. Convert customer use cases and technical requirements into clear, actionable product specifications and business cases. Customer and Commercial Engagement Serve as a trusted technical and commercial liaison with customers, providing support for design-in activities and long-term product planning. Enable sales and business development teams through product training, customer presentations, and clear articulation of technical value propositions. Participate in strategic customer engagements, confidently presenting product strategy, roadmaps, and technical trade-offs. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with engineering teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and make strategic trade-offs across cost, schedule, and functionality. Collaborate with marketing to craft compelling product messaging, develop datasheets, prepare launch materials, and conduct competitive analysis. Work closely with supply chain and operations to assess lifecycle risks, identify cost drivers, and ensure component availability. EQUIR REQUIREMENTS Strong hands-on experience with embedded Linux platforms (including Buildroot, Yocto, and Debian); familiarity with QNX is considered an advantage. Proficient in working with NXP and Texas Instruments processors, with practical exposure to their ecosystems. Skilled in conveying complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to balance technical expertise with business considerations, including pricing strategies, product positioning, lifecycle management, and ROI analysis. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a closely related role within the embedded systems/industrial computing industry Qualifications Education Required Bachelors or better.
