We believe in empowering caregivers to be active participants in their loved one’s communication journey, and are proud to be certified by The Joint Commission and backed by 3,500+ 5-star reviews. ⭐ What you’ll do: - Direct Clinical Care (65%): Maintain an appropriate clinical caseload by conducting evaluations and therapy sessions while adapting to organizational needs. - SLP Management & Clinical Leadership (35%): Manage and mentor a team of SLPs through regular 1:1 meetings, clinical coaching, skill development, career growth conversations, and ongoing feedback to foster a supportive, collaborative team culture. - Training, Tools & Compliance Support: Ensure SLPs are effectively utilizing Expressable systems, resources, policies, and best practices while completing required training and compliance requirements. - Clinical Escalations & Communication: Partner with organizational leaders to resolve clinical concerns, communicate key updates and changes, and ensure SLPs understand and implement company initiatives. - Team Engagement & Collaboration: Lead monthly meetings focused on clinical excellence, engagement, collaboration, and alignment with Expressable’s model of care. - Performance & KPI Management: Track and analyze team member performance metrics, including efficiency, quality of care, documentation compliance, and client satisfaction; identify trends and implement data-driven improvement plans when needed. - Provider Growth & Recruitment Support: Conduct first-round interviews with SLP candidates to support continued growth of the provider base. - Clinical Excellence: Model high-quality care delivery and maintain current knowledge of evidence-based practices within the field of speech-language pathology. • You will lead the test management function for o9 EOP and other large transformation programs, ensuring that quality is built into every stage of delivery. • Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and platform vendors, you will define and execute a robust testing framework that covers functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing. • Define and own the end-to-end test strategy, test plans, and testing governance framework for large-scale ERP and planning transformation programs, including o9 Wave deployments across NALA, MEU, and AMEA. • Lead and manage all testing phases including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, Performance Testing, and Go-Live readiness validation. • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Selenium and TOSCA, ensuring maximum test coverage and reusability across program cycles. • Track and manage testing cycles end-to-end — including test case creation, defect logging, triage, resolution tracking, and exit criteria sign-off — using industry-standard test management tools. • Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders including business leads, process owners, technical architects, and vendor teams, ensuring alignment on quality standards, timelines, and testing outcomes. • Establish and maintain defect management processes, ensuring timely escalation, prioritization, and resolution of critical defects in collaboration with development and platform teams. • Lead UAT exit approval processes, coordinating with business stakeholders to secure sign-offs and document test completion evidence for program governance. • Drive continuous improvement in testing practices by introducing automation, optimizing test cycles, and reducing manual testing effort over time.
• Performs a variety of preventative or ongoing maintenance duties required by physical structures, commercial or industrial facilities, or associated areas. • Cleans work area, tools, and equipment. • Assists in the repair, maintenance, or installation of electrical or mechanical equipment. • Furnish craft personnel with materials, tools, and supplies. • Disassemble, transport, assemble, or install equipment or furnishings. • Assist in the clearing of clogged drains, and replacement of plumbing fixtures. • Remove snow, landscape materials, or other materials. • Paint areas or equipment to prevent corrosion. • Perform minor repair or replacement of interior walls, ceilings, trim of buildings, etc. • Move or deliver a variety of items or materials to various locations. • Pick up and transport trash and waste to disposal area. • Transport small equipment or tools between areas. • Attend daily safety tool box meetings and is required to do job safety evaluations for each job. • Notify supervisor if safety and sanitation standards are not being met.
