IT Solutions Deployment Project Manager

• Work closely with the IT Solutions Director, program leadership, and cross-functional IT teams to successfully deliver multiple technical initiatives • Responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and reporting across several technical workstreams • Ensure all technical projects & streams remain on track by actively managing project schedules, dependencies, monitoring execution, identifying and mitigating risks early • Ensure readiness for upcoming milestones • Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, technical leads, functional consultants, developers, QA and data teams, as well as external implementation partners • Ensure consistent delivery practices, adherence to Eurofins’ standards, and strong integration across all technical domains
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing complex technical IT projects in highly regulated environments
- Preferably good understanding of Java technology stack
- Solid and proven experience supervising multiple concurrent workstreams within a larger program, ideally in an international or multi-site deployment context
- Highly disciplined and organized
- Ability to switch context quickly across different technical topics and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced Azure DevOps, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; project management certification (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) is an advantage
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

This includes remote and onsite activities and training. • Achieves annual site and surgeon deployment goals • Supports the ongoing use of ACM by customers and associated Field Sales stakeholders by reviewing relevant metrics and data and addressing issues as they arise • Drives awareness and education of ACM to key Commercial and Field Sales leaders in order to drive customer engagement. This may include leading and participating in professional/commercial education courses, labs and industry conferences • Indirectly manages and influences stakeholders across the Field and Customer Solutions team, IT, Legal, Contracting, Commercial, and HCC in order to meet implementation timelines and goals • Builds relationships and interfaces regularly with Area VPs, Regional Managers, Distributor Principles, Sales Consultants and Commercial Platform teams to support ACM and business goals • Works closely with the F&CS Operations and Platform teams to provide input, feedback, and insights on marketing materials, implementation process, reporting needs, and tools • Supports the development and management of other digital solutions and participates in other company projects and initiatives as required

• Design, develop, and implement system enhancements, customizations, and new features within the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions environment • Develop and maintain complex interface programs and integrations between PeopleSoft and other campus systems • Provide ongoing production support including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical issues and defects • Collaborate with SIS functional team members in assessing, analyzing, and testing new or updated functionality
