Job Description

Network Deployment Project Manager

EOS IT Solutions

• Leads, plans, and coordinates all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel as all documentation is Excel based • Advanced technical understanding of Network projects to discuss site requirements with all stakeholders including but not limited to engineers, PMs, and management • Manages project initiation activities including identifying contractual obligations, client needs and goals, existing situation, necessary contacts, and access to existing information as needed • Proactiveness is required as the role includes many layers of planning from the start of each site deployment from surveys, staging of hardware, and deployments • Effectively communicate all project timelines, deliverables, and risks associated with the completion of each project’s objectives • Manage customer expectations on updates of all documentation throughout the week for both customer internal documents • Serves as liaison between technical and non-technical teams, in internal organizations as well as in client and vendor/subcontractor organizations to ensure all project targets and requirements are met • Conducts project closure activities to formalize and communicate the project acceptance, handover documentation, and ongoing activities to accountable teams and complete a post-implementation review to identify areas of improvement

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Technical Project Management with a focus on Networking
  • Solid working knowledge of Networking concepts
  • Successful history of leading, managing, and implementing impactful process improvement projects
  • Proven self-starter operating with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple, sometimes competing priorities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
