• Lead global service delivery and operations for a key client’s data center and test/dev environments. • Oversee a diverse, globally distributed team—including field technicians, project managers, and service delivery leads. • Define and execute the vision for global data center service delivery in alignment with client goals. • Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and operational level agreements (OLAs). • Lead cross-regional initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and continual service improvement (CSI) methodologies. • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing international teams across multiple time zones. • Own the commercial performance of service operations, ensuring accurate billing and financial transparency. • Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, global data center operations.
- Deep understanding of compute, network, storage, and data center infrastructure.
- Familiarity with automation, monitoring, and orchestration platforms.
- ITIL certification or demonstrated experience with service management frameworks.
- Experience managing budgets, financial forecasts, and P&L responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with executive and C-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in resolving complex challenges with diplomacy and strategic foresight.

Role Description The Director, Experience & Payments serves as a trusted advisor within Cornerstone Advisors' Experience & Payments practice, partnering with banks and credit unions to shape and execute strategies across retail and commercial digital banking, contact center operations, branch transformation, and end-to-end customer and member experience. This client-facing leadership role combines deep operational banking expertise with strategic consulting capabilities to help drive measurable outcomes, including improved service delivery, enhanced operational performance, modernized technology ecosystems, and stronger customer engagement. The Director leads consulting engagements, facilitates executive-level discussions, develops actionable recommendations, and contributes to business development efforts, while helping to advance the growth of the Experience & Payments capability.
