*Contingent Upon Contract Award* Enterprise Horizon Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Sr. SAP IQ Database Administrator to serve as a senior technical expert supporting the design, development, optimization, and administration of SAP IQ database environments. This role requires deep expertise in SAP IQ, data engineering, and ETL operations, along with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. The administrator will collaborate with Government stakeholders to meet evolving business and technical requirements while adhering to all applicable security, governance, and operational standards. • Document existing business operations, workflows, and technical practices across applications and infrastructure. • Analyze current processes against recognized industry and IT best practices, identifying opportunities for improvement. • Develop Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) to guide the evolution of systems, processes, and operational maturity. • Serve as a senior member of a cross‑functional team, providing expert insight into the business implications of applying new or enhanced systems. • Support the full lifecycle of IT initiatives, from requirements and design through implementation and sustainment. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system solutions align with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and operational needs.

• Ensure the stable and secure operation of enterprise Okta environments, including configuration, maintenance, optimization, and lifecycle management. • Plan, develop, install, configure, and support all network software and communication links associated with Okta. • Organize and direct the configuration and day-to-day operation of Okta environments. • Analyze and resolve end user software and connectivity issues related to Okta authentication, integrations, and identity workflows. • Conduct capacity and performance analysis; recommend system configuration changes, upgrades, and enhancements. • Improve system administrator efficiency through automation tools, scripts, and standardized procedures. • Develop system administrator documentation, conduct training, and perform skills assessments. • Provide end user training on Okta features, authentication workflows, and identity best practices. • Recommend technology direction and enhancements to align with organizational goals and identity strategy. • Provide local and remote maintenance support for operational systems within the Okta footprint, including upgrades and new installations. • Direct the work of other system administrators, ensuring effective system/resource optimization and user support. • Apply advanced technical knowledge of application networking, including load balancing, fault tolerance, and identity aware routing. • Configure and maintain Okta integrations with enterprise technologies such as: • Active Directory • Firewalls • APIs • Zero Trust endpoints • Cloud and on prem applications

• Design, develop, and implement risk assessment and business continuity frameworks to ensure operational resilience across a large, decentralized enterprise. • Support multi‑language, multi‑platform, and multi‑operating system environments, ensuring seamless integration and interoperability. • Identify, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies and software solutions to meet evolving identity governance and operational requirements. • Provide specialized technical guidance on automation and identity governance solutions for complex information processing challenges. • Deliver customer support using enterprise software solutions that integrate business areas within open systems and client‑server architectures. • Analyze data processing requirements and plan Identity Governance systems to support projected workloads and enterprise needs. • Plan, design, and oversee the installation or modification of new and existing identity governance systems. • Configure and manage hybrid computing systems to support scientific, engineering, and enterprise identity workloads. • Develop applications leveraging Identity Governance protocols and platforms, including OIG and related Oracle IAM components. • Build and deploy modern Internet‑based applications that incorporate advanced graphical design, new media formats, and Internet communication protocols. • Deploy applications using Internet standards to support broad access across diverse public‑facing client types. • Integrate Identity Governance components, including but not limited to: • LDAP directories • Databases • Operating systems • Network devices • Application servers (e.g., WebLogic, IIS) • Identity providers (IDPs) • Service‑oriented architectures (SOA) • Web‑based and API‑driven programming languages (Java, .NET)

• Serve as the cybersecurity SME for all Assessment and Authorization (A&A) activities, ensuring compliance with DoD and NIST requirements. • Perform RMF activities for systems undergoing authorization, including control assessment, documentation review, and risk analysis. • Apply expert understanding of NIST SP 800‑53 security controls and their relevance to large, complex IT infrastructures composed of multiple enclaves, applications, and outsourced services. • Identify vulnerabilities, determine severity levels, and assess potential impacts on system authorization status. • Conduct comprehensive authorization reviews for enterprise‑level systems and environments. • Brief senior leadership on RMF progress, findings, risks, and recommended courses of action. • Support the development, implementation, and refinement of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and processes aligned with DoD requirements. • Apply cybersecurity expertise to emerging technologies, including cloud services, Industrial Control Systems (ICS), warehouse execution systems, and Operational Technology (OT). • Evaluate and apply cybersecurity controls for modern computing environments such as hybrid cloud, edge computing, and IoT-related architectures.

• Configure, monitor, tune, and troubleshoot the SAP technical environment, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability. • Manage and execute the SAP transport system, including scheduling, transport migration, and issue resolution. • Collaborate with technical teams to diagnose and resolve SAP transport and source code issues. • Lead the installation, upgrade, patching, and ongoing maintenance of SAP systems and related components. • Evaluate, design, and maintain interfaces between SAP and external systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless integration. • Maintain the SAP Data Dictionary, database objects, and related system architecture. • Oversee the migration of SAP database and application configurations into production environments. • Analyze, develop, and maintain data architectures and process models within SAP. • Produce and update system documentation, technical procedures, and architectural diagrams. • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to modernize and optimize the SAP environment, supporting long‑term system evolution.

• Provide cloud tenancy services and deliver enhanced capabilities within an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) hosting environment. • Secure, isolate, and administer the cloud tenancy to effectively create, organize, integrate, and manage cloud resources. • Research, evaluate, and implement new OCI services and capabilities to improve operational performance and strengthen security posture. • Administer middleware and web tiers, manage single sign‑on (SSO), and create/manage users, groups, and access controls. • Apply expert knowledge of NIST RMF, C&A processes, and DoD cybersecurity requirements to assess controls, identify risks, and ensure compliance. • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud-native security configurations, including Oracle CloudGuard. • Conduct C&A reviews for large, complex information systems and ensure alignment with DoD, NIST, and FedRAMP requirements. • Provide technical leadership across cloud service engineering, including distributed systems, virtualized infrastructure, identity, observability, and security. • Manage and support Autonomous Database, Oracle Enterprise Database, and Oracle Database Cloud Service (DBCS). • Deploy and manage containerized applications using Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE). • Automate tasks using scripting and IaC tools such as Ansible (OCI‑compliant), HELM, and Terraform. • Apply expertise in modern computing paradigms including hybrid cloud, edge computing, microservices, and IoT‑related protocols.

• Apply accounting principles, audit standards, and regulatory requirements to support management decision-making, solve complex problems, and improve organizational performance. • Lead and manage audit projects, providing technical direction, task oversight, and subject matter expertise throughout the engagement lifecycle. • Participate in engagement planning and execute assigned tasks, including the design, implementation, and management of accounting or audit-related projects. • Analyze issues, develop solutions, and collaborate with team members to deliver high‑quality client outcomes. • Serve as a primary client interface, managing day‑to‑day communications and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded. • Oversee project tasks to ensure completion within scope, schedule, and budget. • Review work products for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to applicable regulations, standards, and customer requirements. • Prepare and deliver presentations, lead client meetings, and communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.

• Design and develop custom SAP Fiori / SAPUI5 applications integrated with S/4HANA backend services using HTML5, JavaScript, XML, and OData. • Enhance and extend standard Fiori applications using SAP Web IDE, BAS, or Eclipse. • Collaborate with SAP functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications. • Integrate applications with SAP S/4HANA using OData services and SAP Gateway. • Participate in Agile sprints, code reviews, and DevSecOps pipelines. • Work on performance optimization and troubleshooting of Fiori applications. • Conduct testing as necessary including unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT). • Follow SAP best practices for app design, security, and performance. • Participate in agile/scrum teams and contribute to DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Git).
