• Design, build, and maintain a scalable enterprise data platform using Snowflake • Architect ingestion pipelines across clinical, financial, operational, scheduling, and inventory systems • Implement scalable ELT/ETL workflows and data transformation pipelines • Define platform standards for data governance, naming conventions, CI/CD workflows, environment management, testing and deployment strategies • Manage Snowflake architecture, RBAC, security, cost optimization, and performance tuning • Own the dbt ecosystem end-to-end • Build scalable dimensional and canonical data models • Develop reliable marts and semantic layers for analytics consumption • Implement robust testing, lineage, and documentation standards • Create reusable transformation logic and framework standards • Partner with finance, operations, and clinical leaders to deliver trusted Tableau dashboards and reporting layers • Build governed, self-service analytics capabilities • Optimize Tableau performance, row-level security, and published data sources • Translate ambiguous business questions into scalable technical solutions • Implement observability and monitoring solutions for data freshness, schema drift, pipeline failures, and anomaly detection • Establish governance standards for sensitive and healthcare-adjacent data • Improve trust and reliability across enterprise reporting • Serve as a technical standard-bearer for architecture and engineering best practices • Help shape the future structure of the data organization • Mentor future team members as the function grows

• Administration of MySQL and PostgreSQL databases, including creation, configuration, permissions and organization of environments; • Monitoring and performance optimization, including query analysis, indexing, bottleneck identification and database best practices; • Support for backup, recovery, availability and data security routines; • Monitoring and observability of environments using metrics and monitoring tools; • Support in data structuring, modeling and organization, following relational and analytical best practices; • Development and optimization of SQL queries, stored procedures, functions and other advanced database features; • Support for automations and database-related processes using scripts and supporting tools when needed; • Troubleshooting, incident analysis and resolution of issues related to databases; • Technical documentation, team guidance and dissemination of best practices for database usage.

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot RHEL/OEL OS supporting Oracle databases in physical and virtualized environments. • Provide DBA services to application development, professional services, and support teams, including database design, query validation/execution, and performance tuning. • Troubleshoot database alerts, logs, jobs, disk groups, tablespaces, and resolve performance-related issues. • Automate database tasks and develop scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. • Lead the design and implementation of database infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements. • Manage the implementation of technical controls to enforce security policies. • Ensure compliance with SOC2/ISO27001 audits and adhere to all audited controls. • Design, implement, and maintain DR methodologies, ensuring documentation is up to date. • Periodically validate Oracle 19c backup/recovery operations using RMAN. • Assume responsibility for documenting and maintaining disaster recovery plans for each supported system. • Research, evaluate, design, test, and recommend new database software versions and related tools. • Act as a mentor for junior DBAs and provide technical guidance. • Assist development teams in improving database design and PL/SQL best practices. • Provide 24/7 on-call rotational support, including occasional weekend coverage. • Familiarity with monitoring tools like DataDog, Solarwinds, site24/7 or OEM.

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for Ditto's cloud database • Own the data flow story for Ditto Cloud • Define and maintain customer-facing database SLAs • Own the data migration story • Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand workload patterns • Serve as the go-to voice on the customer data layer inside engineering • Collaborate with GTM and field teams to build enablement assets • Define success metrics for database reliability and drive accountability against them
