Role Description We’re looking for a self-motivated, experienced sales professional to help accelerate our growth. The Sr. Account Executive is responsible for prospecting new customers, positioning Employgig and Employbridge as the partner of choice, and closing new business. This role will focus on selling large, enterprise-level workforce solutions that leverage Employbridge’s full suite of capabilities, including digital marketplace, onsite, and managed workforce programs. The Sr. Account Executive will join a high-impact Sales Team responsible for driving growth and establishing strategic client relationships that will serve as the foundation for Employgig’s continued expansion. Responsibilities - Prospect, identify, and qualify viable new logo business opportunities - Coordinate and execute multi-channel outreach (email, cold calling, social, field engagement) - Develop deep understanding of customer pain points and apply a consultative selling approach - Position Employgig and Employbridge’s workforce solutions to address customer workforce challenges - Articulate the broader Employbridge value proposition - Maintain strong knowledge of Employgig capabilities, operational model, and pricing structures - Close complex, enterprise and multi-location deals across industries - Complete required contracts and associated documentation to finalize new business - Partner closely with Account Management and Employgig Operations teams to ensure strong post-sale onboarding and customer success - Accurately document all client interactions within CRM Qualifications - 7+ years of outbound B2B sales experience - Proven success selling SaaS and/or workforce solutions - Demonstrated track record closing large, national, multi-solution deals - Bachelor’s degree preferred - Highly self-directed with strong problem-solving capability - Solid understanding of sales process, pipeline management, and negotiations - Strong attention to detail and time management skills - Excellent communication, executive presence, and presentation skills Requirements - 30-40% travel time expected for the position - Must have a valid drivers’ license with a driving record indicating a safe driving history acceptable to the company and at all times remain eligible to drive a motor vehicle under applicable laws and regulations Benefits - Medical/Dental/Vision - Prescription drug benefits - 401(k) - Paid time off and holidays - Wellness program - Incentive programs - Variety of career paths and encouragement for promotion from within
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of outbound B2B sales experience
- Proven success selling SaaS and/or workforce solutions
- Demonstrated track record closing large, national, multi-solution deals
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- Solid understanding of sales process, pipeline management, and negotiations
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and presentation skills
