Channel Account Manager
Elo
• Outbound communication to large sales teams of National Solution Providers (NSP) partners. • Relationship management and development with sales leadership and partner/product management. • Product, brand, and industry presentations to applicable NSP sales team. • Coordination and representation of and at Elo focused sales events. • Project, Demo, & Quote entry as needed by the reseller. • Work closely with sales organization and customer care to ensure proper account coverage. • Competitive knowledge and market share attack plan development. • Campaign development and execution. • New opportunity generation. • Manage annual MDF plan with applicable NSP’s. • Account Mapping with NSPs & Elo end user teams. • Ability to build strong personal relationships and grow NSP loyalty. • Create, market, & execute promotional campaigns ie: spiffs, other sales rep incentives, etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- At least 3-years Channel Sales experience.
- Prior experience and relationships with existing national partners is a plus.
- Experience with financial reporting and forecasting is a plus.
- Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple tasks at once and operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office).
