• Develop and implement test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports for multiple software projects of varying sizes and technology platforms (web, mobile, and desktop) • Liaise with product owners, developers, UX/UI designers, support analysts, technical writers, and product/engineering leadership • Conduct in-depth manual regression testing and test of new features and fixes every day • Document and inform the development team of defects with clear communication of quantitative and qualitative findings derived from test results • Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts, and monitor efforts to resolve product issues and provide updates • Ensure that the final product of every release satisfies the defined requirements and meets end-user expectations • Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies • Take initiative to identify areas to improve internal processes related to product release management and bug fixes • Demo new release functionality to our internal customer support team so they can become familiar with the new product features

• Design, develop, and maintain MCP servers that expose external tools and capabilities to AI assistants. • Implement specific MCP tools (functions) for reading files, managing issues, interacting with databases, or triggering complex workflows. • Define and structure resources, schemas, and prompts accessible to AI agents. • Ensure security and access control for the MCP server, limiting which tools and data agents can execute or access. • Manage API integrations and external data sources used by MCP tools. • Use JSON Schema or similar standards to document and validate tool definitions. • Integrate MCP Server tools with Azure AI Foundry agents, enabling AI agents to perform actions such as data querying, workflow automation, and API interaction. • Collaborate with product managers and front-end teams to integrate AI capabilities into user-facing platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, VS Code extensions, or web portals). • Utilize Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Cognitive Services to connect MCP-based AI workflows to enterprise systems. • Develop and manage tools that interface with Azure resources (e.g., Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Azure Compute Services) through the MCP Server. • Enable AI agents to securely manage, retrieve, and utilize Azure resources. • Apply best practices in cloud security, authentication, and API permissions management. • Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging of MCP tools and Azure integrations. • Create detailed documentation for MCP tools, including usage examples, API specifications, and integration guides. • Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of MCP and AI Foundry deployments. • Partner with AI engineers, cloud architects, and data scientists to align tool development with strategic goals. • Present technical solutions and architectural decisions to stakeholders in clear, actionable terms. • Contribute to the AI governance framework, ensuring responsible AI tool design and usage.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for APIs, backend services, and web applications related to the EBizCharge payment gateway • Write and execute automated tests for payment flows including authorization, capture, refunds, voids, tokenization, and recurring payments • Validate PCI-compliant workflows and ensure secure handling of sensitive payment data • Perform API testing (REST/SOAP) for gateway services, integrations, and third-party processors • Conduct integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across ERP and accounting system integrations • Collaborate with software engineers to identify test gaps, reproduce issues, and improve testability • Monitor and improve test coverage, reliability, and execution time in CI/CD pipelines • Perform performance and load testing to ensure the gateway handles high transaction volumes • Participate in code reviews with a quality-first mindset • Document test strategies, test cases, and quality metrics

• Design, develop, and customize a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce integration (POS, CRT, CSU, eCommerce, and Headquarters) that we will offer in a SAAS model to merchants • Develop and extend Modern POS (MPOS/CPOS) using TypeScript and React-based frameworks • Customize and extend Commerce Runtime (CRT) and Commerce Scale Unit (CSU) using C# • Develop X++ customizations within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations • Integrate Dynamics Commerce with third-party systems (payment gateways, ERP, CRM, tax, shipping, etc.) • Build and consume APIs using OData, REST, and Azure services • Support deployments, upgrades, and environment management across Dev/Test/UAT/Prod • Troubleshoot and resolve performance, security, and functional issues • Follow Microsoft best practices for extensibility, version control, and CI/CD • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
