Role Description We're looking for a motivated accounting intern to join our finance team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Role Description Au sein de la direction générale des affaires maritimes, de la pêche et de l'aquaculture (DGAMPA), le bureau du pilotage des stratégies maritimes et littorales coordonne la planification maritime visant à organiser les différentes activités maritimes pour qu'elles puissent se développer sans se pénaliser entre elles et en préservant la santé des écosystèmes. Vous serez en charge du suivi annuel de la Stratégie nationale pour la mer et le littoral, cadre national intégrateur des politiques de gestion de la mer et du littoral, en développant une méthodologie d'évaluation et de pilotage. Vous préparerez la mise à jour de cette stratégie à horizon 2030, en préparant l'évolution de la structure et du processus d'élaboration du document. La planification maritime se fonde sur une connaissance fine et partagée des écosystèmes marins et des activités socio-économiques maritimes et littorales, ainsi que des réglementations afférentes. Dans le cadre de la préparation du 3e cycle de planification en France, vous serez chargé.e de renforcer la place des données au coeur de l'élaboration concertée de la planification maritime et du pilotage des politiques maritimes, en facilitant leur utilisation par les services en charge de la planification, les acteurs maritimes et le public. Vous serez chargé.e de concevoir et mettre en oeuvre le système d'information (SI) de la planification et notamment de : - recenser et assurer l'accès aux données utiles au processus de planification, qu'elles proviennent des SI de l'administration, de professionnels, ou des sciences participatives ; - piloter la conception et le déploiement des différents outils de visualisation des données, modélisation, concertation basée sur les données ; - mettre en place les indicateurs de pilotage de la planification au niveau national et accompagner les services déconcentrés dans le pilotage des documents territoriaux. Pour cela, vous mettrez en place des réseaux techniques, des partenariats des ateliers de travail, des prototypes d'outils, en vous appuyant sur les services experts français, ainsi que sur les réseaux européens (experts des données de la planification). Vous mènerez le projet en lien avec les services déconcentrés chargés de la planification (directions interrégionales de la mer, directions de la mer), avec les services de la DGAMPA engagés dans les projets de SI (sous-direction de la transformation numérique, bureau de l'appui scientifique et de la donnée pour les pêches), la direction de l'eau et de la biodiversité et l'office français de la biodiversité qui animent le SI milieu marin ainsi que les différents bureaux qui portent des politiques maritimes dans les différentes directions. Vous pouvez également être amené.e à contribuer à d'autres dossiers du bureau en fonction des besoins et de l'actualité.
