This Fire Protection Engineer role involves little to no travel, enabling you to maintain stability and focus on your core responsibilities. Responsibilities - Review architectural / engineering designs and fire protection system shop drawings for over 50 buildings. - Conduct construction inspections and issue final occupancy permits. - Witness acceptance tests for fire alarm and sprinkler system modifications. - Evaluate existing building conditions through life safety and hazard analysis surveys. - Provide technical guidance using various NFPA codes. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Fire Protection Engineering or related field - 5 years of general experience and a registered Professional Engineer in Fire Protection Engineering - Experience supporting healthcare and/or laboratory environments, including familiarity with chemical hazards - Must have a valid Driver’s License - Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance - Veterans also welcome to apply. Basic Compensation: $130,000-$142,000 yearly salary The salary range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. • Provide day-to-day life-cycle management of the company's Contracts, which include US Government contracts for all divisions of the company • Helps develop and enforce company and departmental procedures relating to contract compliance and business administration • Under the supervision of the Director of Contracts and Procurement, supports leadership in interpreting contract terms and providing advice to corporate Officers and Operating Center Presidents • Support project managers in program execution while ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance • Supports proposal activities, including review of contractual terms and conditions, completion and negotiation of NDAs/TAs, participation in color reviews, completion of compliance requirements and support of compliance reviews • Develop relationships with both contracting officers and subcontractors • In coordination with the Procurement Department, leads the subcontracting and procurement activities under prime contracts by developing solicitations, negotiating terms/prices, and executing subcontracts during the program lifecycle • Documents in the contract file include allocability, allowability, and reasonableness of costs and other compliance requirements • Develops and prepares complex and sensitive internal and external communications • Assists in the revision and documentation of policies, procedures/processes, and document templates, including the implementation and training of DLH staff • Produces or contributes to the production of client and/or internal financial reports, including pipeline analyses, funding projections, and analyses, contract backlog, etc. • Performs additional duties, including special projects, as required

• Supports the Global Community Advisory Board (GCAB), its Community Scientific Subcommittee (CSS), and the Community Steering Committee (CSC) with their communications and meetings/conference calls • Facilitates GCAB- and CSS-led requests to carry out research-related activities, including facilitating surveys of their own members • Facilitates GCAB and CSS short-term working groups and standing subcommittees, as needed • Coordinates and facilitates the CSS New Member Subcommittee (NMSC) solicitation and selection processes • Facilitates the planning of Community meetings and retreats • Works closely with the GCAB and CSS to review and update the GCAB Charter and CSS Bylaws • Supports global community members in resolving internal conflicts and conflicts with sites, as needed, in a manner that facilitates and broadens community engagement in ACTG research • Serves as a liaison between the ACTG Community and the ACTG Network Leadership, ensuring efficient bidirectional communication of issues between both groups and with site CABS, if needed, as well as to community groups involved in other HIV clinical trials networks • Provides key communication and administrative support • Provides regular updates to the ACTG Network Leadership regarding community activities, concerns, and issues • Maintains community data in the ACTG Management Information System (MIS) • Drafts and distributes GCAB and CSS call summaries • Works with ACTG LOC to facilitate the arrangement of GCAB and CSS travel to ACTG meetings • Responds to requests from ACTG leaders to provide presentations, training, and other informational sessions • Distributes draft protocols to the CAB, collects their responses, and provides them to the CSS representative on the protocol team • Collects and collates articles and content for the quarterly CAB Newsletter and coordinates production at the NCC • Maintains and updates the CAB Handbook annually • Facilitates and maintains the assignment of Community (i.e., CSS or GCAB) representation on network committees and protocols • Mentors others in community engagement as needed • Performs other duties as assigned • Complies with all policies and standards.

• Provide enterprise-wide leadership and oversight for multi-disciplinary quality and regulatory teams supporting clinical trials and research projects. • Direct the development, implementation, and continual improvement of the Quality Management Plan (QMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Ensure compliance with federal, international, and sponsor regulations, and oversee implementation of biosafety management systems. • Develop and execute audit and inspection programs and engage with sponsors and regulatory agencies for continuous improvement. • Recruit and mentor quality assurance staff and serve as the principal subject matter expert on quality and regulatory affairs. • Lead professional writing, technical proposals, and responses to business development inquiries.

• Manage proposal responses to federal government Requests for Proposals (RFPs), including all aspects of proposal development: pre-RFP planning activities and supporting capture, kick-off meeting, value proposition conveyance, theme development, schedule management, action/issue tracking, proposal structure, compliance oversight, writing instructions and team guidance, color review team coordination, and production oversight. • Develop/maintain proposal management-related artifacts for each opportunity to include kickoff materials, master compliance matrix, schedule, storyboards and or annotated outlines, writing instructions and templates, daily stand-up agenda, proposal team contact list, action items, and color team review briefings. • Review/analyze proposal sections for consistency and clarity, compliance with solicitation requirements, and alignment with proposed solutions and themes; write/re-write proposal sections as necessary to ensure team is delivering high-quality, winning proposal product. • Collaborate with business development and operational leadership to obtain adequate resources for accomplishing a high-quality proposal submission in a timely manner. • Manage and direct all proposal efforts to include preparation, revision, and submission; establishes and enforces the proposal schedule. Clarify, communicate, and enforce roles and responsibilities of the proposal team members. • Collaborate with the capture manager, subject matter experts, and other writers to refine proposal sections to ensure accuracy, compliance, consistency, and reflection of win strategies. • Assist in the development and refinement of standardized proposal processes and templates to streamline proposal development. • Provide daily updates regarding proposal progress to team via the daily stand-up: action items, identified risks, section status, and schedule. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans. • Lead/facilitate/drive the discussion during solution strategy sessions with capture manager, volume lead(s), and subject matter experts; capturing and helping to document customer hot buttons, win themes, our approach/solution, and features and benefits at the level required for a compelling proposal response. • Convene and lead color review teams and prepare color team package. Lead color review recovery from post-review assessment to providing guidance for implementation of approved content changes and modifications. • Remain current on all solicitation modifications and communicates them to the team. Revise schedule, outline, and compliance matrix as necessary throughout proposal life cycle. • Ensure proposal compliance, checking submission for compliance regularly throughout the proposal cycle.

Overview TCAC Fleet Support Engineer position at Goodfellow AFB, San Angelo, Texas.  Required to provide System Administration, USMC help desk support, training and system installations in support of the three Radio Battalions, and MarSoc units, to include support of deployed Marine Units.  Function as part of an experienced Team of Engineers and Trainers to support software fielding and testing and provide USMC Radio Battalion tactical communication interoperability capabilities.
