• Support the Defense Health Agency by developing and managing support agreements. • Collaborate with personnel across business units and functional areas. • Write, review, and edit support agreements and technical documents. • Capture metrics data for reporting efforts to different leadership levels. • Provide clear and effective communications. • Manage and track coordination of Support Agreements in compliance with guidance. • Develop, coordinate, and manage various Support Agreements. • Work efficiently with Support Agreements personnel and SDD Product Teams. • Maintain a central repository for all Support Agreement documentation. • Develop and maintain templates and process assets for Support Agreements. • Maintain Support Agreement schedules in collaboration with other areas. • Improve the collection of meaningful metrics data for analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of Project Management experience.
- Strong editorial and writing skills, with attention to detail.
- Comfort with technical subjects in Emerging Technology, CyberSecurity, Healthcare, and Engineering.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Robust organization skills to support multiple Products and meet deadlines.
- SharePoint Online experience preferred.
- Knowledge of DoD Acquisition and Support Agreements processes preferred.
- Knowledge of PMBOK® processes preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
