• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, scopes, budgets, and schedules • Brief, manage, and support internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes • Apply Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) to drive efficient, flexible workflows • Make minor updates within CMS, CRM, or Figma (e.g., uploading content or tweaking UI copy) • Proactively manage dependencies, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects • Act as a day-to-day contact for clients, providing project updates, managing expectations, and solving problems quickly • Interrogate briefs and collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements • Deliver polished documentation, clear timelines, and responsive communications • Own QA and testing cycles to ensure outputs meet technical, UX, and brand standards • Identify project risks early and implement mitigation plans • Keep an eye on the finer details — accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the brief • Work with project and client teams to define and monitor budgets • Track time, utilisation, and delivery to ensure projects stay financially healthy • Manage reconciliation, invoice schedules, and forecasting with confidence

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment, with a track record of managing complex web builds
  • Impeccable attention to detail, and strong organisational skills
  • Strong understanding of project workflows across creative, dev, UX, and media
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and digital delivery frameworks
  • Great stakeholder management skills — confident, clear, and solutions-focused
  • A knack for balancing multiple priorities without compromising quality
  • Experience using tools like Productive, Slack, Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked directly in CMS platforms, Figma, or CRM tools
