• Take full ownership of finance operations across both businesses • Manage and execute: Invoicing across multiple entities, Bank and card reconciliations, Accounts receivable and collections, Supplier payments and payment runs • Maintain accurate, clean, and up-to-date records in Xero • Manage multi-entity and multi-currency transactions (including FX platforms such as Airwallex or equivalent) • Oversee payroll for an international team • Ensure compliance with BAS / GST / PAYG obligations, Payroll and statutory requirements • Produce management reporting pack including: Revenue by entity and key drivers, Gross margin (particularly for agency delivery), Operating costs and profitability • Build and maintain a rolling cashflow forecasts • Act as a finance partner to the founder: Identify client / project profitability, Track SaaS revenue performance • Design and implement structured finance processes across both businesses
Job Requirements
- Qualified accountant (CA / ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- 5+ years’ experience in Finance Manager / Financial Controller role
- Strong experience with Xero
- Experience working across multi-entity structures and multi-currency environments
- Hands-on mindset (comfortable executing as well as overseeing)
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets capability
- Highly Desirable Experience in agency / services businesses
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based revenue models
- Experience managing offshore or outsourced finance support
- Familiarity with Airwallex, Wise, or FX platforms
