Role Description RYZ Labs is hiring for a Data Center Maintenance Specialist to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on critical facilities and equipment, ensuring continuous reliability and uptime. Day/night shifts and on-call required. - Schedule, execute, and document PMs via CMMS. - Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems (CRAC/CRAH, chillers, UPS, PDUs, generators, switchgear). - Monitor via BMS/DCIM; respond to alarms and performance issues. - Follow SOP/MOP/EOPs, LOTO, and safety standards; support RCAs and corrective actions. - Coordinate vendors/contractors and manage spare parts inventory. Qualifications - 3+ years in data center or critical facility maintenance. - Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, and controls/BMS. - Proficient with test equipment (multimeter, IR camera, power analyzer) and CMMS. - Safety-focused; familiar with NFPA 70/70E and OSHA; able to work shifts/on-call. - Certifications a plus: EPA 608, CFC, OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, CDCDP/CDCEP. • Designing, developing, and optimizing ABAP programs in SAP systems • Debugging and troubleshooting ABAP programs as needed • Designing, adjusting Adobe Forms and migrate to it from SAP Script and Smartforms • Support by Output management configuration • Supporting data migration projects • Supporting SAP upgrades and enhancements • Coordinating with teams across different locations to ensure seamless project execution

• Work closely with customer stakeholders, scientists, and IT professionals to deliver Compute at Scale and support our customer's scientific initiatives • Develop, evolve, and administer HPC platforms along with support for Scientific applications, workflows, and other related infrastructure both on-prem and Cloud hosted • Drive architecture, roadmaps, and execution of projects to establish and operate IT infrastructure best practices for customers • Provide full stack support - design and evolution of platforms, application administration, supporting customer workflows, profiling and performance tuning, monitoring and maintenance of scoped systems, platform and systems administration, troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking related issues, solution architecting and hands on engineering (on-prem + Cloud), as well as documentation • Collaborate with cross-discipline team members and customers to deliver HPC and peripheral Compute at Scale services • Thorough understanding of related industry best practices • Support internal and customer Architecture and Design efforts • Support customers with their workflow pipelines (advisory and hands-on) • Comprehensively document new and existing computational assets • Maintain the flexibility to pivot as engagement scopes may evolve • Support for AWS & GCP Cloud applications, migrations, and modernization • CloudOps / IaC for on-going platform management • Setup and configuration of AWS & GCP Cloud infrastructure for new platform builds • Ensure system compliance with company security standards and applicable regulatory requirements • Transition support for modernized services to operational teams • Provide engineering level troubleshooting and services restoration for operational issues as they arise on supported platforms • Provide training/mentorship for junior level team members

• Assist in the design, development, and optimization of refining processes to improve efficiency and product quality • Analyze process data and troubleshoot operational issues to enhance plant performance • Work closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to implement process improvements • Support the commissioning and startup of process equipment and systems • Develop and maintain process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and mass/energy balances • Develop process simulations, mass and energy balances, and technical evaluations for plant operations • Perform engineering calculations such as equipment and line sizing • Aid equipment technology selections • Troubleshoot plant operations and recommend improvements based on data analysis and operational insights • Support commissioning and startup activities for the refinery, ensuring smooth transitions from design to operation • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and industry regulations • Evaluate and recommend new technologies for process optimization • Assist in cost reduction initiatives while maintaining operational effectiveness
