Works Manager
DEME Group
• You organize the planning of the works. • You will be focusing on the optimization and execution of the project. • You'll take care of the client’s needs (internal and external). • You contribute to efficient realization of the project activities. • You manage QHSE-S standards and keep the project within time and budget. • You work closely together with Superintendents and Project Engineers on site and you coordinate the operational staff.
Job Requirements
- You have a master degree in (Civil) Engineering, preferably with a specialization in construction, or the equivalent by experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with complex offshore engineering projects is required.
- You can work autonomously and are a problem-solver by nature.
- You have a hands-on mentality.
- Teamwork is one thing you value highly.
- Working abroad on one of our projects for a longer period of time is no issue.
- English is our common language. Knowledge of any other language is an asset.
