Role Description This role is about shaping the future of facilities engineering. We are seeking a Senior Facilities Engineer with broad industrial infrastructure experience to lead the reliability, expansion, and long-term strategy of critical process utility and facility systems supporting manufacturing operations. You will operate at the intersection of engineering, capital planning, operational excellence, and business strategy, serving as a trusted technical leader across utility infrastructure and facility systems. What You'll Do... - Lead Facility and Process Utility System Performance - Provide technical ownership and long-term stewardship of critical process utility infrastructure, including systems such as compressed air, process water, vacuum, wastewater, and supporting facility utilities. - Drive reliability, capacity, and lifecycle performance. - Eliminate recurring failures through root cause analysis. - Develop long-range asset and obsolescence strategies. - Ensure systems are engineered to support business growth. - Develop and influence the 5–10-year roadmap for process utility systems and site infrastructure. - Prioritize investments based on risk, reliability, and business value. - Identify technologies and improvements that enhance operational efficiency. - Balance technical and financial considerations in major decisions. - Manage execution across design, procurement, construction, and startup. - Deliver projects that increase capacity, reduce risk, and improve operational performance. - Build a Reliability-Driven Culture - Partner with operations and maintenance teams to move from reactive maintenance to engineered reliability. - Implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies. - Use data and performance metrics to drive decisions. - Improve uptime, asset life, and total cost of ownership. - Shape Future Infrastructure Strategy - Shift the culture from reactive response to engineered reliability. Qualifications - Requires one of the following: - Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of professional design or construction management experience. - Associate’s degree and twelve (12) years of professional design or construction management experience. - Experience leading capital projects and infrastructure upgrades. - Strong knowledge of process utility systems and reliability engineering. - Proven ability to translate technical challenges into measurable business outcomes. - Confident ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership through concise, business-focused recommendations and presentations. - Bachelor’s degree, preferred. - Experience with managing building/property protection and loss prevention through third party insurers, preferred. Role Description We are seeking a Construction Manager; Building and Infrastructure to lead the strategy, integrity, and capital investment of building and site infrastructure across our facilities. This role provides technical leadership for building envelope systems, structural assets, site infrastructure, and construction projects that directly impact safety, reliability, compliance, and long-term business performance. Operating at the intersection of engineering, construction, asset management, and capital planning, this position serves as the technical authority for the built environment and helps shape how the organization evaluates, maintains, and modernizes its physical infrastructure. We're looking for an owner, not just a maintainer. This role goes beyond repairs and routine upkeep. You'll help manage, improve, and protect the facilities and assets that keep the business running. What You'll Need... - Requires one of the following: - Master's degree with an emphasis in Engineering in Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field - Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Engineering in Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field - 10+ years of industrial experience with polypropylene in food and beverage packaging applications or related engineering experience - Hands-on expertise and demonstrated success in in-line thermoforming (post-trim and trim-in-place) and injection molding for PP + other polymeric materials, plus working knowledge of other cup, lid, and container processes. - Proven track record in polymer characterization, property structure function driven outcomes, multi-site data analysis, and mentoring technical professionals. - Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, project leadership, and end-to-end ownership of impactful results. - Solid understanding of competitive dynamics and emerging trends in polymers, paper substrates, and molded fiber packaging. - Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications - Advanced knowledge of materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of products - Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems - Ability to successfully prioritize, and organize long-term, complex research and development projects, deadlines, and tasks in both team and independent environments - Excellent verbal and written skills necessary to communicate intricate job-related information and clearly explain options and solutions to internal and external customers - Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, additional travel may be required during critical projects or business demands - Work is split between an office environment, lab environment or production facility depending on the project - Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create reports, documents, presentations and spreadsheets in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of new sustainable chemistries and processes, including recyclability, EPR regulations and bio-based materials. - Demonstrated innovation through patents, publications, or commercialized products. - Dart is unable to employ those who currently live in and expect to work out of any of the following U.S. states: Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Virginia, West Virginia and Wisconsin, however relocation assistance to the Mason, MI, Federalsburg MA, or Leola, PA area may be considered in lieu of full-time remote work. Title: Associate Graphic Artist - Temporary Part-Time Location: Mason, MI, US Part Time Job Description: Dart Container is looking for a Temporary Part-Time Associate Graphic Artist (Tuesday - Thursday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM) for our team to create and modify custom artwork to be printed on our products and/or packaging. This position will use various computer applications to duplicate customer art and to prepare production-ready artwork that meets our precise manufacturing specifications and customer expectations. When a customer provides us with a design or logo, they can trust that we will do our best to perfect the smallest details of the artwork so that their images and logo can be proudly displayed. Day-to-Day Role: - Modify customer artwork to prepare digital art files that meet department standards and that fulfill precise manufacturing specifications. - Prepare final proof artwork for customer orders to be printed on product and/or packaging. Product mockups may be needed for speculative customer orders - Apply proper prepress techniques to prepare digital art for Dry Offset and Flexographic plate output and printing - Create unique designs for customers that meet manufacturing standards - Assist with special projects and/or expanded departmental responsibilities where appropriate.
