Job Posting External Primary Responsibilities - Work closely with Process Owners to transform business requirements into technical requirements. - Work closely with Programmers to ensure an understanding of business requirements and practices. - Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract low-level information, and distinguish business requests from the underlying true needs. - Using appropriate tools, track project timelines, budget expenses and milestones against the established project plan. - Identify, manage and communicate changes to project definitions. Notify Management of projects off track or in jeopardy of failure. - Proactively communicate and collaborate with customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements. - Provide Management with status reports and project updates as needed or desired. Communicate project expectations and status to team members and stakeholders in a clear, concise, and timely fashion. - Responsible for testing new software products/updates prior to Customer QA (use case testing, regression testing, stress testing, etc.), and consulting with development team to improve usability and recommend program improvements or corrections to development staff. - Deliver documentation as needed and/or defined by documentation standards (Functional requirements, Business Requirements Document, Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs, etc.). - Perform other related duties as assigned by Management. - Key liaison between GBST and Crown business teams and Product Owners. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least 8 years related experience. - Familiarity with web development and the use of JIRA required. - Project management experience preferred. Salary/level will commensurate with experience. Remote Work: Crown offers hybrid remote work for this position. A reasonable driving commute to the New Bremen and Troy, OH locations is necessary as some onsite work is required. Relocation assistance is available. • Help scale AI-enabled business process automation across Allstate Protection Plans. • Work at the intersection of operations, data, and technology, partnering closely with business teams and technical counterparts. • Manage complex workstreams end-to-end (from process discovery and solution design through testing, deployment support, and iteration). • Contribute to scalable automation solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and control. • Apply strong judgment to solve ambiguous problems while aligning with broader team objectives.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational decision-making. • Monitor budget execution and financial performance to ensure compliance with federal regulations, appropriations law, and agency policies. • Develop financial reports, spending analyses, forecasts, and budget justifications for senior leadership. • Oversee financial management activities including budgeting, accounting, internal controls, financial reporting, and audit readiness. • Conduct financial reviews and identify risks, trends, and opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies. • Advise leadership on financial management policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and funding strategies. • Coordinate with program managers and stakeholders to evaluate funding requirements and recommend resource allocation solutions. • Support audits, corrective action plans, and financial management reviews involving internal and external oversight organizations. • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of financial data and financial management systems.
