Role Description The Associate Account Principal serves as the primary client support/liaison to Crossover’s self-insured clients. This role is responsible for developing the strategy and service road map for growth with assigned clients in partnership with Crossover’s Account Principal, Practice Lead, and Physician Lead. These three functions work together as a Triad to provide clinic leadership focused on achieving Crossover’s “quadruple aim”: - Decreased spend - Increased quality - Improved engagement - Strong employee/provider engagement Job Responsibilities - Develops annual clinic budget and goals, coordinating with the Triad to ensure client goals and contract metrics are integrated and achieved. - Develops client budget and financial reporting for clients, partnering with Finance, the Dyad, and clinical operations, as appropriate. Oversees unbilled expenses, performance guarantees, and seeks client approval of additional spending or investments. - Ensures a smooth hand-off from sales on new client implementations. - Develops recommendations and delivers a 2-year service/revenue growth plan for the client. - Identifies programs that result in growing and expanding services/revenue (both horizontal and vertical growth) in concert with the client. Implements strong program management, coordinating with partners and stakeholders to ensure contract milestones are achieved. - Designs, develops, measures and reports against practice plan goals, with structured problem solving approach. - Builds strong relationships with clients and key decision makers, identifying account strengths and development needs and working with stakeholders to improve effectiveness and efficiencies. - Drives renewal strategies for existing clients, provides support for client negotiations. - Works with the client to resolve contract questions, including billing/payment issues. - Performs other duties as assigned. Role Description For patients who need care outside of Crossover’s Onsite and Near site clinics, we are actively curating a network of medical specialists in the community who will partner with us to coordinate and deliver excellent care. The focus is on demonstrated high-quality care, patient experience, practice efficiency, cost effectiveness, and a service level consistent with Crossover Health standards. This position will help to manage, update and curate this network in addition to taking over full logistical and workflow ownership of the referral process. This will include: - Capturing all incoming clinic requests for referrals - Managing the scheduling and appointment creation for all referrals - Communications between patient, specialist, and Crossover - Documentation in the appropriate tools Qualifications - At least 3 years of applicable experience (experience in a Primary Care setting preferred) - High school diploma/GED required - Proficient working with Google spreadsheets and/or Excel, database management and data tracking Requirements - Daily processing of referrals to secondary care, outside of Crossover Health (specialists, imaging, community resources, employer benefits) - Maintain high quality specialist, community service, and employer benefit directories - Maintain ongoing communication, tracking, and appropriate documentation on referrals to ensure continuity of care - Ensure that referrals are addressed in a timely manner - Assist with training relevant stakeholders (MDs and CNs) on the external referral process - Assist with prior authorizations as needed - Be the single point of contact between specialists, the clinic physicians, and the patients when care is needed outside of a Crossover Health clinic - Use clinical judgment and critical thinking to discern and refine the correct provider type and stratify the urgency of the referral - Generate a complete referral packet and ensure timely submission to the specialist of the appropriate clinical documents - Ensure the arrival of the packet at the specialist office and a timely patient appointment - Work within the parameters of the patient insurance benefits and consult with benefit specialists as needed - Troubleshoot downstream complications or unexpected circumstances - Interface regularly in a professional and collegial way with primary care MD’s and RN’s and clinic Hosts - Assist in the development of technology and service innovations - Perform other duties as assigned Benefits - The base pay range for this position is $25.89 to $34 per hour - Pay range may vary depending on work location, applicable knowledge, skills, and experience - This position will be eligible for 401K Physical Job Requirements - May require standing, walking and sitting for extended amounts of time - Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs - Manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination - Includes full range of body motion - Requires corrected vision, hearing and speech within normal ranges

• Serve as the primary administrator for Okta and other IAM platforms, managing user identities, access policies, and integrations with internal and third-party applications. • Design, configure, and maintain SSO and SAML/OIDC integrations to enable secure and efficient authentication for both internal and external users across SaaS and custom applications. • Develop and deploy Okta Workflows and APIs to automate identity lifecycle events, access requests, access grants, and deprovisioning processes to ensure timely and compliant access control. • Collaborate with Security, HR, and IT to implement access review programs and ensure role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege, and segregation of duties across the environment. • Translate security policies and compliance requirements into technical IAM controls and configurations, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry best practices. • Support incident response and audit activities by providing identity-related data, analysis, and remediation recommendations for access-related events or anomalies. • Maintain detailed documentation of identity systems, integrations, and workflows, and provide training and guidance to IT and business stakeholders on access management best practices.
• Detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely remediation, documentation, and lessons learned. • Develop, tune, and maintain detection logic across SIEM, EDR, IDS, and related platforms to improve visibility and reduce false positives. • Build and maintain SOAR playbooks and scripts to automate alert triage, response actions, and routine operational tasks. • Correlate threat intelligence with internal telemetry to identify emerging risks and inform new detection capabilities. • Operate and enhance monitoring systems to identify potential threats across cloud, endpoint, and network environments. • Support awareness and phishing programs, and deliver clear, actionable reporting and communications on security posture and incidents to leadership. • Develop DLP rules and processes to detect and prevent data loss or misuse across cloud, endpoint, and email systems.
