• Make outbound calls and use other engagement / communication vehicles to schedule new patients with first touch within 24 hours of receipt • Answer questions about the treatment in easy-to-understand ways • Help parents understand what makes Cranial Technologies different from the competition and communicate the benefits of treating with Cranial Technologies vs the competition • Address and overcome objections from families • Coordinate with territory sales reps on unresponsive or declined leads

• Develop and maintain data pipelines between disparate data sources. • Extract, Transform, and Load data utilizing efficient SQL queries to meet end user needs. • Collaborate with peers and end users to provide novel technical solutions to unique their business problems. • Build low maintenance automations to standardize our business processes. • Conduct in depth ad hoc analysis and reporting to support business needs. • Ensure confidentiality of patient information and other sensitive data by adhering to HIPAA compliance requirements.

• Research, review, and effectively document benefits, eligibility, and authorization requirements within our system • Coordination of information between referring physicians, insurance companies, and our own treatment clinics • Partner with internal departments and external payors with a high level of professional communication and efficiency • Calculate and communicate cost shares, co-payments, and financial responsibilities with the Insurance Liaison team, so they may provide the information to our patients and their families • Complete 35-50 verification tasks per day with a high level of accuracy.

We're looking for a full-time Patient Financial Services Coordinator to join our Medical Billing and Claims team!  As a Patient Financial Services Coordinator, you will monitor payment plans, update payment and billing information in patient files, and communicate with patients, treatment centers, and our medical billing team to assist with patient billing and payment questions and concerns. We will train you in the medical claims process for Cranial Technologies! Some of our most successful team members come from backgrounds in customer service, automobile and other types of claims, medical receptionists, and collections. • Assist in the design of communications pieces, advertising campaigns with digital and print components. • Create custom graphics/illustrations and edit photos as needed. • Assist in the creation, editing and proofreading of both traditional and digital content that aligns with brand. • Implement or assist with ad-hoc marketing or company projects as needed.

• Providing outstanding customer service to our families over the phone • Accurately entering patient registration information and initial appointment scheduling, including identifying potential conflicts or trends for each Clinic schedule • Coordination of information between referring physicians, insurance companies, and our own treatment clinics • Review cost share amounts, co-payments and financial responsibility with our families • Handling variable call-volume on multiple queues, averaging 40 to 70 calls a day
