We're looking for a full-time Patient Financial Services Coordinator to join our Medical Billing and Claims team!  As a Patient Financial Services Coordinator, you will monitor payment plans, update payment and billing information in patient files, and communicate with patients, treatment centers, and our medical billing team to assist with patient billing and payment questions and concerns. We will train you in the medical claims process for Cranial Technologies! Some of our most successful team members come from backgrounds in customer service, automobile and other types of claims, medical receptionists, and collections.
