Job Requirements
- Licensed in Life and Health is required.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
- The ability to multi-task and have great attention to detail
- Ability to work with customers of diverse background and dispositions
- Prior customer service experience
- Medical or call center experience is a plus
